Hotel Gergana - Ultra All Inclusive

Worst experience ever!! Very old hotel... the hallways smells like sewer, the room was dirty en smelled. coulnd shower it smelled and was dirty. They had bedbugs in one part of the hotel... waterlice in their pool, and the worst part.. The buffet was always the same everyday ... we and a total of 6 people (that we know of) 2 of then friends of ours had foodpoisening/salmonella... i only ate 2 little bites of chicken was sick 3 days where we dindt go out of our room... that was on the 4th day that was the limit forme so went to the manager, took him to our room... told him we were going to another hotel he decided to upgrade us to the 5th floor the ultra all inclusive vip room for the remaining 3 days... i will add photos later

At first, I was quite anxious after reading numerous reviews about Hotel Gergana and its services. However, after experiencing it firsthand, I found it to be nothing like what some people had described. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room we received far exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, and while many of the staff had limited English skills, they genuinely made an effort to assist us in every possible way. The food and drinks were served flawlessly, and there were plenty of sunbeds available on the beach. Before arriving, the reviews had led me to keep my expectations low, especially considering the price we paid. Yet, the experience and service we received went well beyond what we had anticipated – and far beyond the value of the money spent. We had planned a simple birthday celebration for myself, arriving quite late on the first day, around 10 PM. Despite the hour, the hotel had thoughtfully prepared a cold meal for us, knowing we would be hungry. On the evening of my birthday, they arranged a special dinner table, complete with a personalised message on the cake and sparkling wine, which, I must say, was quite enjoyable. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Gergana. Their service is truly exceptional. This experience was far beyond what we had expected. So, don’t be swayed by a few negative reviews. Come and see for yourself, and you’ll find it’s more than worth the money – in fact, it exceeds the value for what you pay.

Not long returned from spending a wonderful relaxing week at this hotel. The food was really tasty, varied all-inclusive, and the rooms were a good size and really clean. The hotel is in a really good setting next to a wooded nature reserve and right on the beach, although we spent most of our time lounging by the pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we're more than happy to recommend this hotel and plan to return again.
