Resort la Corte Dell'Astore - Wild in Style Resort

Beautiful place, good breakfast, nice pool. Very close to Alberobello center. The only problem is there is no air conditioner. Very hard to sleep when is hot. He maximum the air conditioning goes is 27 degrees on the thermostat but the feels like is hire. Maybe in the fall or winter it’s more comfortable. Besides that is a really nice place to stay and go visit other cities around.

The resort has an exceptional architecture and it is beautiful indeed… but the lack of service and owners presence was strange. If you go to the reception at 1pm you won’t find anyone there. The same after 7pm. They need to hire somebody to help guests definitely. Also, beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and disappointing for a “luxury resort”. Linen was old and towels stiff. Not even pool towels. No bar service available even though was offered. If you want to stay the whole day at the pool you will need to go to the village and ask for food. Also no sign of falcons even though we booked the hotel to do a tour to see falcons or eagles. No explanations about it. Just a plain: no, it’s hot and depending on the good will of the not so friendly owner Francesco. Stefano was very kind and helpful. As the guy who takes care of the animals. They were the only ones who cared about us being ok. Even though the place was dreamy the lack of service and maintenance were very disappointing. It’s a pity. It has great possibilities but it looks a bit abandoned at the moment

Amazing! We had such a lovely stay Stella and Francesca were so warm and welcoming The Nibbio room was perfect for the 3 of us as a family Great location for transportation and Alberobello centre They also own a lovely bar in the town with their own wines

OMG! Where to start . My wife and I have stayed at maybe 300 hotels in our life. This was without doubt the greatest experience we have ever had at a hotel. The photos on the website do not do it justice,but I didn’t book the Hotel because of them. I booked because of the reviews. And now I’m writing this! It is incredible! The owners become your friends! Nothing is a problem. The rooms are like nothing you have ever stayed in. Traditional Trulli style. There is a Zoo on the property and it is the shortest walk in to the main town. It is stunning! The pool is crazy good! I have written many reviews about Hotels over the years,but please,do your self a favour,and stay at this magnificent property! You will then be the next one writing a review like this! This is a fabulous place. Beautiful setting and the rooms are clean. The owner keeps all sorts of animals and an amazing selection of birds, which are often on site e.g. bald eagle. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is great. What ever you ask for is executed quickly. We had a spa in our room, which was tricky to get into, but only because we are a little older. Also it is only heated in the evenings. There is a nice little kitchen area if you wished to cook, we did not , too many great restaurants close by. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. All in all a great start to our holiday.

Esperienza orribile e grottesca a fine Dicembre 2024. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata comunicata dell'impossibilità di fare la colaziona presso la struttura per mancata disponibilità della sala (ci pioveva dentro e ci è stato detto di dover andare al bar). Suite Smeriglio con vasca di acqua FREDDA (!!!) ed inutilizzabile, nessun intervento di riparazione è stato effettuato nonostante le tante sollecitazioni. A tal proposito, ci è stato indicato di rivolgerci direttamente all'assistenza che non si è mai presentata. Personale inesistente, inefficace e per niente cortese: all'indomani, al check out, non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto delle scuse per il disservizio. Sconsiglio fortemente di regalare E. 275 per una esperienza simile.
