Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, table tennis, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 4.1 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bar 4.1 km, bakery 1.6 km, café 1.2 km, internet café 4.1 km, pedestrian zone 4.1 km, pub garden 4.1 km, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach "Praia do Peneco" 3.4 km. Excellent stay. Heartwarming welcome. The place is quiet, close shops (Albufeira, 5min by car). The house is very comfortable, easy going and clean. The main rooms are large enough. The air conditioning, present in all rooms (except kitchen) is recent and
