If I could give this place a 0 I would !! Stay away me and my wife and parent in laws stayed for one week mattresses are unhygienic and hard as a rock !! We were rudely disturbed at 12:30 at night to ask if there was any taps running due to a leak effecting multiple apartments !! My in laws had to move apartment 2 times due to the leak again woken in the middle of the night to be moved and no assistance to do so We also had ants in the room !! So if you were going on a family stay and someone was on the pull out they would be sleeping with the ants This won’t let me add videos to this post but we have videos to prove !!

We wasn't expecting great things of this place after reading the reviews on here but we were pleasantly surprised. They upgraded our room free of charge for my birthday from a studio to a one bedroom apartment with a pool view. The room was a great size and very clean. Cleaners came in every day. Yes its alittle dated but for what we paid we were more than happy and the rooms were clean and that's the main thing for us as we don't go on holiday to spend it in the room! Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only thing it's missing is a bar but there is literally 3 just over the road and a shop so not really a big problem! Location is good for the beach and old town. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Albufeira. Couldn't fault the place!

We specified to our travel agency (ticket, never going to use them again!) that we are three families traveling together and therfore needed rooms on the same floor. We got rooms in floor 0, floor one and 5!!! So our son who has a handikap is sleaping in a different floor than us. Ticket would not help, the hotel claims They can not help! The hotel is also clearly outdated, if i am nice. No food/breakfast. No bar. Everything is worn down. All the restaurants around serves english food! In Portugal! Do not go there! Stay away!

Excellent staff .Help full Rooms large but in need of upgrade of some sort .Wonderful sea views and great location for beach .Old town and the strip .All in walking distance.No food or drinks available at the hotel however great choice of bars selling food near the hotel

Location was fine. Hotel has potential to be much better than it is. Room was a good size and clean. But honestly felt like we were in an old peoples home or a wake house. Literally no atmosphere what soever. There were bar facilities but was not opened, so no life at all around the public areas. Heavy rain one day knocked all the tvs off and when we enquired at reception were told they needed a box of some sort but couldnt get it. No sorry or any rush or want to do anything about it. Not much you can do on a rainy day here with no tv, bar or entertainment. A bit of background music even in reception would make a bit of a difference. will not be back and won't be sending any of my own customers to it either.

Lovely receptionist, the area this is located is nice, close to the beach about a 15 min walk to the strip or old town. The room however was average, the room is dirty mainly in corners and under the bed, and had bugs in the bathtub a couple of nights. The balcony is quite big however wish they had an ashtray. The cleaners only cleaned the room once and the 2nd time my friend asked for them to clean they didn’t take the bins out or done the bed so not actually sure if they even cleaned the room. Read that the pool was only open July- September but the pool was open. The Jacuzzi was broken apparently and didn’t actually know where it was. They told us to go to a different hotel went there for them to say the same thing went to the third hotel of theirs which had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Tried to play pool the one night but was blocked by loads of chairs so not sure what that was about. So overall was average but wouldn’t stay here longer than a couple of days.
