À primeira vista, melhor do que esperava, no entanto, com o decorrer da estadia encontramos pontos negativos: o tempo de espera na recepção é de loucos, parece um serviço público português. Não é admissível que com tantos hóspedes haja apenas uma pessoa a atender de cada vez... O jacuzzi do hotel, que está incluído no preço, tem a água gelada e so fumcionam 2 saídas de ar. Logo, é quase impossível la estar. Bonito mas sem utilidade... No SPA que é pago, há tb aspetos a melhorar por isso mesmo, porque ao ser pago e dentro de um 4 estrelas, não pode ter portas a arrastar pelo chão, por exemplo, como tem no wc das mulheres. Tb existem portas de segurança que não abrem nas barras o que é muito estranho e mais estranho ainda é não haver equipamento de segurança na cozinha como extintor ou manta uma vez que tem fogão. No entanto, a remodelação foi bem conseguida e espero que estes aspectos sejam rapidamente melhorados porque queria regressar ao hotel.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. On arrival first thing we saw the the hotel signage on the front hanging off so it wasn't a good first impression. Check in staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We were charged a 100 euro deposit which was unexpected plus a tax of 24 euros (in cash) but we weren't charged for the safe as others have said. The hotel is absolutely spotless clean as was our room, which was a suite with a small kitchen with kettle, fridge and microwave but no cutlery or plates? Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet so no complaints there. Food was extremely mixed, beautiful salads and fruit and plenty fresh veg and potatoes but the meat was cheap and pretty much the same day in day out. Choice in general was quite limited and very repetative. There was no kids section just a daily repeat of pizza and pasta exactly same every day on the main menu. People with kids were complaining. The waiters were very sullen and barely spoke and if you spoke to them they didn't understand you. Also it was a problem for me as i have a dairy allergy and nothing at all had any labelling as to what was in any of the dishes which could be a problem for people with any restricted food requirements/allergies. No oat/soya milk but there's a shop over the road should you need to get your own. This doesn't effect most people but is important to some. The bar and entertainment wasn't great drinks always served, day and night even inside at night in paper cups unless you actually request a glass, we're not children. No table service. Local spirits but to be fair iv'e tasted far worse they weren't too bad. Didn't stick around for the entertainment a couple of nights were more than enough and the bar just lacked any kind of atmosphere at all. All in all it was 50/50 not one of our best and absolutely not 4* which is what we paid a lot of money for, but some good points too depends and what your'e looking for, think we just expected more for what we paid.

We are so disappointed with this hotel. Not what the pictures portray at all. Tired and in need of refurb. The food is OK and the location is good. That's it. There isn't enough bar staff so constant queues at the one bar that there is at night time. No evening entertainment, its none existent. We normally get an a la carte meal but here it's at set limit of €17 no drinks included. You have to buy them separately. Be prepared to pay €20 euros for the safe for a week. €28 euros for room tax , €20 deposit for a towel and €100 room deposit which you get back once you are home if they consuder the room ok when you leave it. We always use Jet2 for our holidays and they have let us down this time. We paid a lot of money for our holiday and feel cheated. they need to remove this from their brochure it's just not acceptable.

Hotel is clean but food is a bit the same everyday, however Vinnie in the entertainment crew made our trip! He was fantastic and made us laugh every day. Big up for Vinnie

To start with 100€ as a deposit when you get there. Can’t check in to your room until 4pm regardless of how long or far you’ve traveled so you need to put your cases in a room and wait until 4! 14€ city tax per person Can only be paid in cash! Pool towels 20€ deposit. Gym 7.50€ to use it. Room was like a small apartment and was nice. Hotel was spotless and pool area nice. This was the only positive for this hotel. We were all inclusive but as a family of 4 only allowed to get 2 drinks at a time. When I questioned this, the barman said, ‘it’s because English have been ordering 5 or 6 drinks and the manager has seen this’ they then carried on to serve people from other countries as many drinks as they wanted? Staff were mainly ignorant and drinking was the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. There’s no way any of the drinks even remotely tasted of alcohol. I was poured a drink and told there was to much in there and the barman proceeded to pour some of the drink back into the bottle. It’s laughable. The food was awful. Snack bar was manned by staff and only 5 people allowed in at a time. They were very strict with everything we felt like children. The food there was not worth eating. When they did make an omelette fresh, ( website advertises show cooking ) English holiday makers were told no they couldn’t have one. My daughter’s room card stopped working and was told it was because it was next to her mobile phone. So she made sure not to keep them together. After day 5 and the key still not working properly I went to reception and asked for the maintenance man to check it. Turns out the door battery was faulty. So not her mobile phone at all. Think twice before you book this!
