Great place to stay between the old and new town. Our one bedroom apartment and the hotel in general were spotlessly clean. Pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were friendly and polite. Drinks and food very reasonably priced.

Lovely 10 day stay at this hotel in a self catering quiet apartment with a pool view (recommended instead of a noisy road view). Apartment was clean and spacious and serviced most days in the late afternoon. Balcony was large and seating comfortable. Living room had kitchen area with basic requirements for self catering (needed washing up liquid and cloths). TV had 4 UK channels. We used the bar restaurant several times and the meals were lovely with friendly staff. Two large pools with plenty sun loungers. Hotel was near a large supermarket within a small shopping centre which also had a food court (good selection) on upper floor with a rooftop terrace. We also used Marinela restaurant between hotel and shopping centre which we would highly recommend- good food, reasonable prices and good variety. Location was around 15 minutes down hill walk to escalators down to the old town (note that the land train stops at the top of the escalators and can take you back up the hill to the hotel- stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel). We used Uber (10-15 euros one way) to go to several places (Silves, Zoomarine, Marina) and a local tour (AlSafaris) to see the Eastern Algarve (Faro, Tavira, Olhao and a clifftop village). Highly recommend this hotel

Just back from a 5 day stay at this complex . Stayed in a studio apartment and was pleasantly surprised how big it was , was more than adequate for the 2 of us , beds were so comfortable and we had big balcony. Rooms cleaned every day in the afternoons so no early mornings maid arrival .. 2 big pools and pool bars served our favourite beers - Coors and Peroni , staff are so friendly and we ate breakfast here on 2 mornings and loved it - great selection of hot and cold food , cereals , croissants, various teas and coffees and juices available too . Complex is in middle of old town and new town , 10 mins walk to both . Lovely big supermarket right next door . Will definitely return
