Dangerous pool area which is clearly never checked . Pool grates either wrongly fitted or very worn , so much so my leg went directly through the grate , resulting in a full day in hospital . First aid kit which was provided consisted of hand sanitizer

Worst hotel I've stayed at definitely not a 4 star i wouldn't even say 3 star. The bathrooms were covered in mould and dirt. Floors dirty on arrival, seats broke etc it was just a shambles. The electricity was not working on arrival after being fixed it buzzed day and night, keeping us awake. No bar open in evenings, but nothing on booking site to say this. The only nice area was the foyer the rest needs knocked down. Honestly I wouldn't return here it it was free. The staff were so rude there was no kettle in our room I asked 4 times for 1, to then be sent a coffee percolator. When I asked about the bar not being open I was told I should have read their website but even now 3 weeks later I don't see any mention of it being closed. The only positive thing was they had beautiful soft fluffy towels ( obviously new) ..pity the shower was so disgusting we didn't want to use it.

Hotel is okay, very basic. No restaurant, gym or entertainment this time of year, just some where to put your head at night. The rooms were clean and reception area was lovely but that was all the pros. We had to go to reception repeatedly over the 5 days for towels and toilet roll, which is ridiculous. Younger staff behind counter were pleasant enough but their English was not great, the manager “ana”? Is the most rudest unhelpful staff member I’ve ever encountered. So dismissive when you have a request or a question. Constantly gives dirty looks and speaks to you with a mouth full of food. The manager mainly lets this hotel down, well assuming manager as she is in a different uniform. They genuinely need to replace her!! She lets this hotel down a bucket full. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, can’t believe they still have that rating. AVOID AVOID AVOIDDDD

If I could give no stars I would. Never have I felt so unsafe in a hotel in my life. The doors didn’t lock properly and some strange man walked into our room, the curtain was hanging off and informed staff and they did nothing I had to try and hold it up with the chairs and hair clips. There were people in the pool at 2am and no members of staff there to stop it or check the area. One of the receptions was extremely rude and the other young girl Maria I think her name was, she was a very friendly and helpful young girl and apologised for all the mishaps. The fridge was rusted and couldn’t open and there was no safe in the room. Please avoid this hotel

My advice is to stay away from here. We booked a family holiday here on recommendation from our travel agent. On walking into the lobby the place looks really nice. But outside the lobby tells a different story. There is no way that this is a four star hotel. Maybe when it first opened, but it needs a lot of work. There was no evening bar, no restaurant, no breakfast, no entertainment. These are all things that they advertise for the hotel. The pool has tiles missing around the edges. There are cracks along the walkway around the pool filled with concrete. The room was advertised as being able to sleep 4. One main double room and a pull out bed in the living area. The pull out bed was not fit for purpose and would only sleep one person. The main room had power sockets with insecure fittings and falling off the wall. The light fittings for the main light in the living area was not securely or safely wired. And the sliding balcony door was broken and could not be locked. The balcony itself was cramped and could only fit two people standing side by side. The front door had a faulty security lock with half of it missing. The elevator beside our room to bring us to the pool was a liability. I got stuck in the elevator one evening as it kept stopping between floors. We got on with it and enjoyed our holiday. The location of the hotel is the only thing going for it.

Hotel is nowhere near a 4*, 2* at best. Room was spacious and was cleaned daily. Pot luck with who you got at reception most were nice but another was rude and dismissive. I would say in the height of summer time it would be chaos. Hotel in itself is in dire need of refurbishment, outdated in decor and apartments need major updating. Not a place I'd personally take children or tots nor a place I'd pay to go all inclusive. However the location was second to none with a big shopping centre beside the hotel and taxis either to old or new town costing 5e. Did the job for our girly few days away.

Stayed here in September as we were attending a wedding locally. My partner and I had booked one apartment and my parents had booked another. Initial impressions of the lobby were good however that is where the good impressions end. We arrived early in the morning and we're told check in was at 4pm but could check back in around 2pm to see if there was a room ready. Sure enough at 2pm my parents were given their apartment on the first floor despite having requested a higher floor. This apartment was dark, dingy and dirty. The fridge was leaking water all over the floor and the inside of the fridge was broken and filthy. When my mother complained we were all put in apartments on the 6th floor which were a bit better than the first one. However the lift was broken the first day and the whole place is like a maze to navigate so we were exhausted by the time we got to the apartments. Our toilet broke within a few hours however someone arrived to fix it promptly enough. The floors in both apartments were filthy on the first day, our feet were black from walking around. The bedroom windows faced the shopping centre and it was quite loud and hard to sleep at times. There was ants in the kitchen. Our bedding was never changed in the week we were there. We had to ask on the 3rd day for the towels to be changed and we were told no by the housekeeper. They were changed the following day and on our last day the housekeeper took away our bath towels and never replaced them. We had to ring reception three times and get quite firm on the phone with them before someone delivered towels to us. The pool was very dangerous. The two ladders went into the deep end, so very dangerous for nom swimmers. As mentioned elsewhere the hotel was in a good location, however it does not compare in anyway to other Luna hotels I have stayed in. 2 star at the most, very disappointed given the money we paid for our stay. I will not be returning.

I went for a 3 night break with friends, upon arrival reception area nice and clean and staff polite, our room was very spacious ,the bath wasn’t the cleanest and tiles covered in mould,our room also had a potent smell when ever we went in, pool area nice, but the sunbeds a lot of them were broken and uncomfortable, we also saw a rat run past us, we were not the only guests to see one during our stay!hotel is a good location but wouldn’t stay again,would say it’s more a 2 star definitely not worthy of a 4

We stayed as a group of 6 women on a hen party ages ranging from mid twenties to late thirties. Having read the more recent reviews we were apprehensive, however I feel that we got what we paid for. The rooms were basic but quite spacious and clean with large balconies all facing inwards towards the pool area. The pool area was nice, we managed to get sun-beds each day but had to get up early as they were all gone by 9-10am. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. There was no mention of a deposit at check in, we were not asked to pay one. The food was fine, there were similar options each day for lunch and dinner, this was okay for a short break but could get boring for any longer. Drinks were not watered down, good measures and decent choice with cocktails included. There were other large groups of hens and stags, some seemed to be rowdier than others. I would not want to stay in this hotel as a family with children. I wouldn’t say that this is a 4 star, maybe 2-3 star but for the price we paid it was fine and we had a nice stay.
