정말 좋습니다. 위치 좋고 주방도 있어 요리도 가능한 호텔입니다. 냉난방 다 됩니다. 조식도 맛있습니다. 가까운 거리에 큰 마트도 있어요☺️

Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff, superb grounds that are in very good condition. Good restaurant, although we were on a self catering basis. Our bedroom was lovely although a pool side room look better, street traffic can be heard from our room during night. Our only disappointment that the hotel could control was that Sauna and Steam room unavailable. Rooms are cleaned with fresh towels daily.

I bedroom apartment spacious and light Spotless clean apartment 5to the cleaners Restaurant service food excellent and the bar There was only one member staff in the entertainment team that really wanted you to have a good time gave 100 % didn’t get her name but her birthday was 1 st March The outside pool needs to be heated

By far one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and will definitely be returning as much as we can. The staff are absolutely amazing from the cleaners to the reception, Fabio and david in the bar are so funny, friendly and nice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms are very big. Food was amazing. Great breakfast selection. Great entertainment. Always beds available by the pool which is definitely a win in my book for a family holiday , and location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything if you need an uber they are so cheap. Can't wait to return .

Lovely big hotel with friendly staff members. Check in was swift, although room was not available at 12pm but at 1pm. 1 bed room was big enough for 2 adults and 18 year and 16 year old, Large lounge area with TV. Kitchen very well equipped with Bosch branded kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Towels, washing up liquid and sponge. plenty of plates, dishes, glasses and crockery etc. Dishwasher included. Best equipped kitchen I've seen. Cleaning attended everyday with fresh towels. Pool and surrounding area nice and clean. Nice restaurants and bar. I thought i had been sent on a 18-30 holiday (i know they don't exist anymore) There must have been 80% occupancy at anyone time of young adults. Admitted mostly well behaved some swearing poolside. We had some next to us that rang our door bell late at night and then again at 5.30 in the morning. Could her them laughing and shouting. As the young adults are preparing to go out between 9pm and midnight they could be a loud with shouting from balconies and loud music. The security guards do walk rounds and nip this in the bud. I know that groups have to leave a 300 Euro deposit and they get 2 warnings and then the deposit is not returned. This is the hotel policy because it allows so many young adults to book at this Family hotel at anyone time. In my opinion i would not come here with a young family. Its staggeringly very close to the "STRIP" hence the swaths of younger adults. Of all the rooms i could see from my balcony which was 12 rooms i could see 9 of them filled with young adults. Absolutely surrounded by them. Before 1pm there are enough sunbeds but once the swaths of young adults descend on the pool after 1pm not enough sunbeds for the capacity for the hotel. Had to sit on chairs. I did a head count on one day and there were 40 young people in the pool with more on sunbeds and only about 5 families around the pool. Also there are Pool police, you can only play with a small to medium ball, Anything football sized if confiscated. Any lilo's, Rubber rings are removed from you even before they hit any water. (kids love a rubber ring) On one particular day the pool played the same 2 songs for 3 hours, i had to make a request that we heard some other songs and they did put on some other songs. I can guarantee i will get a hotel response claiming its a "Family Hotel", the only family thing i saw was a room where you children can play whilst supervised at limited times and a small pool area. Oh there is a pool table. TIP: if you have the aircon on full its just enough to drown out the noise when they return anywhere between 4am and 6am. I will not return to hotel and area as more suited to young adults who want to party.

This was the second time i’ve visited vila petra first time in june and back again in july and i will certainly be back and booking in august. The hotel is beautiful loved every second i was there and staff are very friendly big shout out to fernando i think his name was on reception, always a pleasure. The hotel is also makes you feel very safe. Can’t wait to be back- Ruby
