Very bad experience no clean every where full of dust and dust and very small space

I would like to make it clear that the accommodations at this hostel were as expected, taking into account that currently it is basically what one is looking for, when it comes to stays for a short period of time. But I missed clearer and more accurate information in the booking confirmation email. Because when I arrived at the hotel door and pressed the doorbell dozens of times without getting an answer, it was very stressful! My phone is from Brazil and I hadn't bought a chip from Portugal. I had to seek help from third parties, unknown people, thank God I found someone who helped me, but even getting into our room was a long way! Something that should have been very simple became almost a nightmare. Therefore, I would like to suggest that when making a book with a client, make it clear in the email the step-by-step instructions on how to enter the hotel and also the room! Make it clear to the person that everything is done remotely and we never even know who we are talking to. Not everyone will get there with working internet on their cell phone, and making a phone call is out of the question due to the price it would cost, as it would be International! Just a suggestion, so it doesn't happen to other people. Regards

A part une bonne literie et une localisation convenable, car bien desservi par bus et tramway, cet hôtel est très décevant car la rénovation n'est qu'un simple vernis de surface qui cache beaucoup de défauts qui peuvent ruiner un séjour. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, forte humidité dans la chambre du fait de l'absence de ventilation, aucune armoire de rangement pour les vêtements, machine à café cassée, télévision d'un autre âge et une salle de bain où rien ne tenait parfaitement. Bref, un hôtel low cost situé en face d'un chantier de construction très bruyant toute la journée jusque 20h00 pour lequel il ne faut vraiment pas payer trop cher. J'ai quand même payé plus de 60 euros par nuit sans petit déjeuner pour ne pas bien dormir. Donc cela ne valait pas ce prix là. Ma chambre avec SDB jouxtait la porte d'entrée qui claquait sans cesse ainsi que la salle des petits déjeuners où le personnel était bruyant dès 7 ou 8 heures du matin. 4 nuits sans dormir, je suis vraiment crevée et déçue. Dommage car il a un très bon potentiel mais la Direction ne semble pas vouloir l'upgrader.
