Travelodge Stratford Alcester

Good value stay in clean basic hotel. Not the most scenic location but at 8 miles from Stratford it was a cheap option compared to more centrally located properties. Clean, comfortable and staffed by pleasant helpful people.

We were visiting an elderly relative for a few days and this lodge was significantly cheaper than others in the neighbourhood. The room was clean enough and comfortable, with no frills. Breakfast in a box was collected from reception (There is a MacDonalds 100 yards away). To our surprise the room was not cleaned or beds made during our stay, though fresh towels were available on request. Overall adequate but no more.

Travelodge - Stop over for 1 night whilst travelling back down country to South of England. Situated about 40 minutes north of Cheltenham and cheaper than the hotels in Cheltenham we opted to save money on hotel bill against that of Petrol to travel the extra distance. Visiting Cheltenham for a car boot on the following Sunday. Situated in the services opostite McDonalds so a quick meal could be obtained and bought back to the hotel. Car park is shared with McDonalds and is free parking for hotel. Room usual standard for Travel Lodge, and despite the closeness of the food retail outlet it was a good nights sleep.

We found the Alcester Travelodge very comfortable. We did not hear any noise from inside the hotel and considering that the hotel was near a main road, the traffic did not disturb us. Plenty of parking spaces and a McDonald's food outlet on site. Great location for a visit to Stratford-upon-Avon or Alcester.

Really spacious family room. Really made our visit easy staying here. We would stay again when visiting the area in future

Great location, spotlessly clean, staff friendly and very helpful especially Monika. Perfect place for a short break. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this Travelodge to anybody thinking of staying. We will return!

On our way home from the south coast, we decided to stop here and have a quick trip to Stratford upon Avon. Unfortunately, there was a long hold up on the M40 so we were glad we had booked to stay here, The grounds are a building site at the moment, but it doesn't affect the service offered at the hotel. It was very clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Really helpful staff. Pleasant room. No real noise at all. Good all round experience. Thanks for helping our two super tired travellers

Great travelodge , very clean friendly reception staff Especially monika on front desk who was very quick with check inn and a credit to the company Would definitely return if in the local area and needed somewhere for the night ! Thank you monika!
