We understand that some aspects of your stay could have been better, and we truly appreciate your suggestions. Just to clarify, our indoor pool is not a thermal pool, and the water is kept at a constant 29°C for a comfortable swim. Also, our reception team is available 24/7 and would have been happy to provide an electric kettle upon request. Your comments about the spa and room service are valuable to us, and we’ll certainly take them into account for future improvements.
