Terrible experience - smoking restrictions everywhere! "I was looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but I was extremely disappointed. The hotel had strict no-smoking rules, even on the balcony, which was not clearly mentioned during booking. Even on the beach and outdoor terraces, there were strict smoking regulations, making it almost impossible to enjoy the vacation. If you're a smoker, this is definitely not the place for you! The staff were also not very helpful when I asked about alternative smoking areas. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back."

Really good range of food on the menu and cocktails were amazing. Service was brilliant. Unique entertainment on every night that have brought the best vibes. Unbeaten sea views. Only problem is there are no toilets and are a 2 minute walk away.

Lovely lovely staff, calm and relaxed atmosphere and clean accommodation. The entertainer was so sweet and attentive and nothing was too much for him... the mini disco a big hit to our gang and he created a great atmosphere at aqua by the pool in the week. Really fab walking out of hotel to pool and then through a gate to the beach, meaning we could retreat to room at a moments notice if needed... we had our cuppa's in the room so saved a fortune on beverages out... Mosquito's at night a curse but would still go again. Brilliant spot for a family holiday. All quiet by 10pm-ish, and not noisy if you closed balcony door anyway (when air con kicks in so its nice and cool). Alcudia a family resort with better choices of restaurants and shopping up the coast in the port area. Felt very safe and friendly and would recommend getting an Indian in the port area... taxi's are easy to get and take cards with no rip off's... a horse and cart also an option and really good fun. There are plenty Pharmacy's nearby and a Lidl if you need it (but no teabags) which is very reasonably priced and has lovely fresh produce.

We stayed at a family room with a double bed and a sleeping couch in the livingroom area. Terrible pillows, one that was long, narrow and hard, or one that was sky-high! They never change the bedding during our 14 days stay, gets quite nasty after a week in my opinion with 2 kids. The bathroom door is in frosted glas, with a crack from top to bottom in it, no lock, so you can basically go to the toilet on display, not much privacy there. Funny on and off Aircon in the room, starts and stops all the time when it has reached its temperature, woke me up several times. Not like a constant flow of air, but like a machinery going on and off. Clean hotel, but starting to look old and worn out. Pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, not enough sunbeds and half of them in shadow from 14-15. People go down early in the morning to take up beds, and the staff doesn't seem to care, just saying that they know about it, but can't do anything about it cause they are alone at work in the morning in the reception. Causes alot of stress in the morning getting down to the pool by 7.30. By 09.00 you don't stand a chance. Close to the beach which is very nice. You can by all the snacks you want from the local shops, and bring to the pool and room, no one seems to care. Breakfast was good, orange juice fresh from the juicemaster. Very nice staff all over the hotel. Poolbar doesn't serve very good food in my opinion, we rather went for takeaway baguettes at a local shop for half the price. Close to impossible getting a taxi! According to the hotel there is only one company in Alcudia and 10 mill tourists visiting a year. "Can you call us a taxi?" always same reply, " I'll try but i dont think it's comming" A bit too far to walk with kids to the harbour, and the old town etc. So that made us quite stuck in the area with only typical "jalla" shops and a few ok restaurants. For the entertainment I think I could do a better job, but a shout out to the hotel clown, who had activities and kids disco everyday for the kids. Never seen anyone so dedicated to the kids. A lot of trash in the area, smells awful, but not the hotels fault. Bring mosquito spray! Would not recommend this hotel, and don't see us comming back.

We visited here every night for a drink. The bar has a great view as it’s right on the beach. We were regularly served by the same 3 waiters. The service was exceptional. They were friendly and chatty. Highly recommend. Cocktails were excellent and well priced.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed.. pool, well yes, but the beach is just like 30m away, azure sea and clean "white" sand - not crowded. Hotel staff in top. Skip the catering, fat on fat! All together 👍
