Apartamentos Ferrer Lime Playa de Alcudia

We really liked our stay .Very relaxing place. Our apartment was looking over the beach, very quiet, private balcony. Apartment very clean, modern,has a small kitchenette.Location is amazing, probably the best in Alcudia. Lovely promenade in front of apartments for evening walks or morning jogging and stretch of the beach not crowded as there not big hotels around. Hotel doesn't have swimming pool or restaurant, but is not a problem, as you are literally on the beach and is a lot of places to eat in the walking distance. Miguel at the reception was very friendly and helped us with a late chek out,as hotel doesn't have courtesy rooms and can be a problem if you have late flight. So.for a beach lovers, who don't need super luxury, but who wants to have a relaxing break this place is amazing.

Recently went on a short cycling holiday to Majorca and wanted to stay somewhere central with access to the beach. Sofia was ideal, clean, comfortable, easy taxi ride from the airport and short walk into town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was perfect and the pool bar provided for refreshment after a couple of wonderful cycling trips. First class, will definitely return next year.

literally sea front hotel. great location for long beach side walks or jogging. Great nature, all tones of blues at the sea.. good wifi, high quality cosmetics in the rooms. breakfast and dinner buffets were great. great sea view from the room. calmer than Arenal

This hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, in a relatively quiet location in Alcudia., but near shops and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. We had a suite with a corner sea view, and it was a big room, with a comfy bed, and a decent sized balcony. A kettle or coffee maker in the room would have been nice. There was a space for one, but presumably a decision was made not to provide them. We didn't like the dining room, it was small and noisy, with only limited space to sit outside. The bar was a much nicer room, with a view, but hardly used. It's a shame this wasn't the dining room. Our only other small gripe was the sheets were not fitted, so wrinkled badly on the bed, and came off. I'm being picky, only giving it 4 stars, and I would give it 4 and a half if I could!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The only reason for the middle stars is the lack of sound proofing in what is quite an expensive stay - I heard someone next door going for a wee, and was woken in the night to a baby crying in the room above. For the price I paid for my stay I don’t want to be disturbed by a guest using the toilet in the next door room. Buffet breakfast was great and had plenty of choice, beach is fab and pool was lovely, near overly crowded.

We arrived to hotel Sofia with high expectations and were really looking forward to our stay here. It’s got a great location right on the beach and very close to shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10/15 minute walk to alcudia itself. It has modern decor, a good size pool, plenty of sunbeds, wide selection of breakfast options that are very tasty and a very clean hotel. The hotel has a spa and gym (hot tub included) and easy access to rooms from the pool area and pool bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful with booking taxis to the old town of Alcudia which I would highly recommend visiting. However we were placed in room 1014 which is on the ground level the room wasn’t bad overall slightly small, the major disadvantage was having no AC which we queried twice with different staff members this lead to sleepless nights and just rather unpleasant for getting ready; we then also had a rather bad sewer smell that was unbearable. All the rooms in this hotel also have a half frosted glass window at the shower that leads out to the hotel room so it doesn’t leave much to the imagination when showering. I approached reception and asked to view another room as the hotel states it’s a 4star yet the lack of AC and certain facilities such as an iron and iron board were all missing. We then viewed another room on the 1st floor 1122 which was far better in every sense even the shape of room was better. We noticed that it was a different AC system compared to our last room. The night receptionist (never got his name) was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I also noticed that the pool floor needed cleaned as there was dirt gathered especially in the corners of the pool minor issue but redeemable. We had a rocky start of our stay here but it was quickly changed and enjoyed after a room change.
