This modern apartment in the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience. The apartment with a size of 50 m2 is ideal for couples with children. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed, the second one is equipped with a bunk bed. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin. The apartment is located on the 5th floor; there is an elevator in the building. On the terrace with a size of 6.5 meters x 5 meters you will enjoy your breakfast with wonderful views over the sea and the harbour. The terrace counts with a sunshade and a table with chairs for up to 5 persons. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book or just enjoy your free time. There is one air conditioning system in the living room. The bedrooms have no air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, located in the laundry room at the top of the building. Pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, cocktail bars, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Can Picafort or Palma. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, degustation menus and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade.
