We have just spent 9 amazing nights in this hotel as a family with a 6 and 10 year old and have to say the hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. We had an issue with our room early on but were quickly moved and all issues resolved professionally. Plenty of choice breakfast lunch and dinner and always easy to get a table. Lots of entertainment night and day. The shows are high quality and good for adults and kids unlike alot of other hotels. All of the staff are a credit to this hotel and make it what it is. The animation team work day and night extremely hard and we really appreciated them making the stay special. Bar staff very attentive and all staff in general very friendly. Located right on the beach which is beautiful, we really hope to come back someday as a family. 5*.

We have just got home from this hotel 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10. We honestly had the most amazing time. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival which was lovely. We had a little trouble with our room smelling damp and being loud (ground floor outside lifts) the staff were understanding and helped us swiftly move to a better room no problems after this! The food is the best we've had and we have been to some lovely hotels! Every day different delicious options and variety. All inclusive drinks were great too. Hard to get sunbeds unless up early but its like this in most places mid summer! Pools nice can get crowded but being so close to the beautiful beach helps! For me what made this hotel stand out compared to others we've been is the evening entertainment it was honestly brilliant! We loved the rock show and the silent disco! A special mention to the lovely man from Morocco who served me fresh omlettes every morning at breakfast always made me smile! Also Ayub who served us drinks in the evening, always so polite and went out of his way for us! Would 100% return and that's rare for me! Thank you for a great stay!

Just got back from a stay at Iberostar Blanca, very pleased, Check in and out very smooth and quick, staff really are the nicest, friendliest bunch, you usually get one miserable one but not here! When you check in you get asked to pick a breakfast, lunch and evening time (All inclusive) which you can change at any time at the front desk. Lots of engagement with dining staff and my 13 years old son on his various football shirts each day, a playful boo or thumbs up and cheer. Which he loved. Rooms (Floor 2) spacious, clean and well equipped, we did have a problem with our toilet not flushing but they sent a plumber up and he sorted it the same day. Rooms have a hob and a pan to boil water but no kettle, we asked for extra pillows and got them quickly. There is a Bath in the rooms which is great after a day of walking, however they are quite narrow and deep, both my elbows were bruised haha. Location is fab! Right on the beach, various supermarkets and a Spar right outside, Pizza Hut and KFC literally outside the front doors. €8 to the Port in a taxi, or a lovely 15 min walk and €8 to old town, for the market (Sundays and Tuesdays) The taxi park up is a two minute walk from the hotel. While we were there the hotel had a Greek night, Mexican night, American night? Italian And seafood night Snack truck is fab, serving toasties, popcorn chicken, hot dogs, chips, cakes. Fresh juices every morning including a detox juice . We didn’t use the Spa but it looked good, the treatments are a paid extra starting around €58 for a facial - €100 for a massage. Towels can be rented for €20 which you get back when you return them. Entertainment good, loads for the kids clubs including pottery, picnics and crafts. No issues getting sunbeds any time of the day, taxi rank is a two min walk from outside the hotel. Not a big alchohol drinker but got San Miguel gluten free beer whenever I asked. CONS Not many! Air con wasn’t great, we did struggle with the heat last two nights as it didn’t seem to be doing much even on full blast. Can be loud with people dragging suitcases and kids screaming up to 12am in the hallways, which bedroom connects too. But evening entertainment over and done by 10pm so no problems there. Pools were clean but we didn’t once see anyone fishing out the leaves which were at the bottom the pool floor, a quick fix to make it feel cleaner. Also pools quite cold, not enough to put the kids off but tough on this 38 year old woman haha. Weather last week hit and miss, out of five days three were hot and sunny, two rainy days. The clouds are deceptive as lots of people were still sunburnt on an overcast day. Would recommend a hoodie and thin trousers for the evenings and windy days. Overall, we would recommend this hotel, the location is really great and makes up for the other small issues. Could not recommend this hotel enough. As a family the facilities are amazing, a beach right outside! The pool is open daily and a lifeguard on duty. The food (all inclusive) is just unbelievable. These people work above and beyond to make sure your holiday is the best. Unlimited cocktails are proving a hit! Unlimited ice creams, a burger van open daily incase you get hungry, kids drinks available day and night, hot or cold. so much outside the hotel right on the doorstep to do as well, beautiful walks in both directions. The entertainment is great family fun, kids clubs included treasure hunts and bonfires. Highly recommend the "old town" for a day out. We are only half way through our holiday and I don't want to leave. Worth every minute here!

Had a lovely holiday the last week of August. We stayed half board and the food was excellent. On that note one family member has a severe nut allergy which was accommodated very well - to the extent that Carolina from reception had complimentary nuts (available at the bar) in the evening removed during our stay. We stayed in one of the newer refurbed room with a lovely sea view. The entertainment was very good, kids loved the foam party and the daily pool activities. All the staff need praise as they work very hard and are super friendly. Only thing i would like to see is the traditional 'mini disco' returned to a later time 7.45 ish before the quiz starts.

Just coming to the end of a week long stay - 2 adults and 2 children. One of, if not the best, 4 star hotel we’ve stayed in. The hotel has direct access to a lovely beach. It’s also a few minutes from some nice restaurants, shops and arcades. The rooms are spacious and kept clean by the lovely cleaners. The food in the restaurant is really nice, although can get busy. Other food options include a food truck. Hotel staff also often bring treats round the pool. A great main pool with lots of entertainment throughout the day, a lovely kids pool with slides and a quieter pool area also. The hotel has a packed entertainment schedule with lots to do and the entertainment team are brilliant. All of the hotel staff are lovely and they really make your stay enjoyable. Only slight issue is with sun bed reservations as lots seem to be reserved and not used until the afternoon. But all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
