Innside Alcudia

Stayed here from 17th sept - 1st October Excellent hotel, rooms spotless and plenty of space for your clothes, cases etc, the cleaners are in every day giving fresh towels etc it’s close to beach and bars and restaurants are on your door step. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was perfect always plenty to choose from I opted for the omelette that was made fresh in front of you always something different to choose from. My only complaint about the hotel would be the entertainment. I thought there would be games etc around the pool in the daytime but there wasn’t any. It Was a nice chilled vibe with plenty of sun-beds never had to rush or put towels down early but I do wish there was something for guests (water polo) aqua aerobics etc maybe it was because of the time of year we went the entertainment on a night was a bit disappointing I would of liked child entertainment, mini disco, bingo games etc but again was very chilled. other then that hotel was perfect and I would of given 5 stars I would deffo return again. Returned having spent 8 nights here between 26 September and 4th October, loved the Hotel, staff lovely from the reception, Bar staff, waiters/Waitresses ,and not forgetting the room cleaners. Lovely vibe to the hotel, grounds well looked after and always spotless. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool, it was large and bright with a good sized balance (one of the balcony lights wasn't working but within 25 minutes of reporting it, we had a knock at the door with a maintenance man there to replace it. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, fresh fruit, yougut, cheese, cold meat,eggs (fried, scrambled, or an omelette). Will definitely return in a few years to see how the resort has changed.

We were warmly welcomed at Melia-INNSiDE by the incredible Albert and Zaza at reception. Albert’s humour and kindness was a breath of fresh air, turning a traumatic 24 hours into something positive. Had to check out of a different hotel that morning (due to the other hotel having fragrances in the common areas, even though I'd double checked this prior to booking, for nine nights but left after just one). Albert and Zaza found us a Loft Mount Sunview room, which was spacious, stylish, huge walk in wardrobe area, and had a kitchen in it and lounge and big balcony. The hotel is fragrance free, has a unique relaxed, ibiza type vibe, pool, restaurant, bar and plemty of space. There's a working hub area with charging points near reception. breakfast is upstairs. There's also a spa, gym, and shop. The hotel was like a sanctuary, completely transporting you from the surrounding area in Alcudia, which lacks in nice bars and good restaurants. Laura, the resident DJ, was amazing. I was constantly shazamming her tracks—they were that good! The hotel's location is also a good base for exploring Mallorca. There's a long beach 5 mins walk away, and I found a fabulous clothes shop called Bamboo that have gorgeous clothes/ibiza vibe tops and dresses. The hotel is just a 20-minute bus ride to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful seaside town and we took a cab there but you can get a bus - which runs every 10 minutes for just €1.50, and the ride is super convenient with a taxi rank near the bus station. While in Puerto Pollensa, don’t miss the Tecun Beach Bar and Lemon Lounge Bar for drinks. For dining, La Cabaña for tapas and La Batucada for cocktails. If you're craving a beach vibe, we went to Numa Beach one night - its an absolute must—had the best time there! DJ, saxaphone, beautiful decor and very good cocktails. Palma is only an hour away by bus (€1.50) so I did a trip there and saw the Catherdral, Arab baths and the old town which is incredible. The main square, 'Andana,' in Palma, offers fab local cuisine and Mallorcan. In Alcudia, recommend Paco's bar for a bit of karaoke! And Bodega des Port is an authentic and v good restaurant just opposite the hotel. The food is divine and they cater well for gluten free, dairyfree people like me. If you're in the mood for traditional Mallorcan food when you're in Mallorca, the Tombet (potatoes and vegetables) are good. Melia-INNSiDE was such a great find, even thoigh we hadnt planned on staying there when originally booking, it was on my research list funnily enough, so was meant to be! Amazing staff, great vibe, and perfect location for exploring the magical island of Mallorca.

Stayed at this hotel last summer with family.The hotel has a very nice layout.There are lots of different little areas sorrounding the pool area to relax and chill.The pool area itself is excellent and has a lively vibe without feeling too rowdy.Good family atmosphere and great for the kids.Music and snack bar also available poolside.At night there was live music or sometimes a dj which was a thumbs up for me.The decor of the hotel is modern and sophisticated and it is spotlessly clean.We had fresh towels every day and our room was also cleaned daily.Comfortable beds and staff are very helpful and friendly.Excellent kids club with activities daily.This was one of the best kids clubs I've experienced at a hotel and the team were brilliant with the effort they put in.The hotel is in a good location just a ten minute walk to the beach.The only thing that let this hotel down was the food which was poor.We found ourselves eating out most days as the quality of the food just wasn't up to standard.This was a real shame because the hotel got everything else right and had it not been for the poor quality of the meals we would definitely have come back to this hotel.Would recommend if you're prepared to eat out.

Fabulous family oriented hotel with great pool area and 5 star evening entertainment..rooms are lovely and food is great.. friendly, helpful staff despite how busy they are. The decor in the communal areas of this hotel is stunningly beautiful, especially as night with all the lighting and plants/ palm trees! Feels like you’re in Morocco because it’s so lush and exotic! Drinks are very reasonable and although I was with my grown up daughter we agreed the facilities for kids is great! Overall a lovely experience and would definitely visit again.

We were here as a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, so very helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with our room location being too close to the DJ which they fixed immediately. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone. The waiters could not be more helpful! We ordered pizzas from the poolside truck most days as they were absolutely delicious! The cocktails were lovely, a little pricey at €10 each but we found that most places were the same price. The actual hotel was spotless and the rooms were exactly how the pictures depicted. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Yes the pool was very busy but I never saw anyone who could not get a sunbed. There were 4 of us and we managed to get one at all times of the day! Totally recommend this hotel.
