Innside Alcudia

Currently on day 3 out of 4. Start of the season. We booked a solarium loft room. It over looks the pool but you only get the sun on the balcony until around early afternoon. So after day one we asked if they’d kindly (downgrade) us to a loft room facing the road/mountain/lagoon. We swapped rooms and it’s perfect as you get the sun on your balcony until sunset. It’s exactly the same style of room (but no coffee machine or robes). The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is really good. It’s not busy atm so can rock up at anytime. I’d imagine in the main summer holidays it would be very difficult to get a sunlounger by the pool but haven’t been here in high season so I’m not 100% sure. The reception, lobby and bar areas are really cool and very stylishly decorated. As soon as we walked in it reminded us of IKOS hotels! (But for a fraction of the price!). Lovely plants everywhere. Very on trend. Beer €4.5 a pint. Wine €4 a glass. Pool food service with a smile. Would more than happily stay again. Fabulous hotel brand.

Stayed here from 17th sept - 1st October Excellent hotel, rooms spotless and plenty of space for your clothes, cases etc, the cleaners are in every day giving fresh towels etc it’s close to beach and bars and restaurants are on your door step. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was perfect always plenty to choose from I opted for the omelette that was made fresh in front of you always something different to choose from. My only complaint about the hotel would be the entertainment. I thought there would be games etc around the pool in the daytime but there wasn’t any. It Was a nice chilled vibe with plenty of sun-beds never had to rush or put towels down early but I do wish there was something for guests (water polo) aqua aerobics etc maybe it was because of the time of year we went the entertainment on a night was a bit disappointing I would of liked child entertainment, mini disco, bingo games etc but again was very chilled. other then that hotel was perfect and I would of given 5 stars I would deffo return again. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was fantastic. The staff are excellent, very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is very peaceful with a very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a pool view loft (325) room and it was lovely , clean, bright and plenty of room, a huge balcony. The shower was nice and powerful. There are loads of power outlets. Beach towels are included. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate for us and replenished water every day. The restaurant / bar area is excellent with a really relaxed chilled vibe , live DJ and entertainer was excellent and fitted the surroundings perfectly. We ate by the pool once and it was very good. The breakfast was very good and the outside terrace was a really nice spot in the morning. We would definitely visit here again albeit the area wouldn’t be for us , but as someone else reviewed , it is an excellent base for the Port & Old Town areas. The only one negative we had was parking , this is a bit of a nightmare , as there are very few spaces in the vicinity, we ended up having to park the car a good bit away on the first night. Overall I would recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future Value for money it was excellent. A solid 9.5/10

Very clean hotel, wonderful friendly staff. Amazing food. Excellent location for beach and nightlife. Peaceful clean pool area. Very few children. Mainly adults. The only downside is the music playing at the pool, in the restaurant in the bar is the same everyday. Over and over for a week 🙈 I don’t want to ever hear Sade - ‘smooth operator’ again in my life or Billy Paul ‘me and mrs jones’ Argh

Very nice stay at the Innside over the Easter Weekend. The hotel is very nice, very clean and has a very chilled vibe. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern, and have very big balconies. The bar area is very well presented, and also has a very chilled vibe. We were Bed & Breakfast, the Breakfast was good quality. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return. I'd recommend this hotel to couples and families with young kids.

Just back from a week at this hotel. The hotel itself is really modern and stylish, the social spaces feel very luxurious - the lounging/bed area inside is very popular! Our loft room with pool and sea view was gorgeous, really spacious. We had complimentary robe and slippers, yoga mat! Lots of shampoo and soaps which was great. Towels and bedding cleaned daily. The hairdryer works really well for anyone needing one. 2 beds and a sofa bed for 4 of us - all very comfortable. We were full board, breakfast and dinner. I couldn't fault the food, you will always find something to eat. Gluten free and pre-packed items available too which is good. Breakfast fruit juices are free but dinner you need to buy all drinks, water etc. Cava was lovely and just 4 Euro. Entertainment was fine, there isn't really a particular area just a very small stage where there was a DJ and singer a few nights which didn't last very long. Kids club was good, activities on 3 times a day (11am, 2pm and 8am) but this is mainly fitting for smaller kids. My 10 year old wasn't really interested unless It was slime making! The gym is good, adults only obviously. Alcudia beach is absolutely stunning - white sand and clear sea, it's the biggest selling point for the area by a mile. Other than that we spent a lot of time in the Old Town (7/8 Euro taxi) as we like the traditional vibe. Just a couple of less positive points - the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment. When the sun isn't blazing the pool is really cold in April. Some brave kids went in, but it's such a shame because the pool area, bali beds etc is a really nice area. There is no social/games area either so if you can't use the pool you won't hang around the complex long especially if you have older children. Considering there is so much space, a pool table, ping pong table etc would be a huge benefit to the hotel! Staff are all very pleasant. It really is a lovely place and we would definitely return during the hotter season. Would be 5 star review aside from the last points.
