Sol de Alcudia Apartamentos

We usually stay at Viva sunrise but it was fully booked so decided to stay here and definitely won’t be back.Room is very dated broken tiles on the floor, walls with patch marks all over them, plug to the hairdryer was hanging off the wall and the smaller bed in the studio was broken not to mention two days before we left we had cockroaches in our bathroom!you have to queue up to set up ur own sun loungers and the pool area was awful so busy and no respect for younger children my child is home with a broken tooth due to the behaviour of others!some of the staff were nice but not all.overall it was very disappointing I love alcudia and will be back just not to this place!

We have just got home from a beautiful week in sol de alcudia,we stayed in a 2 bed appartment I think the room could do with a update the hotel rooms look more modern,however it was very clean,it's central location was perfect for us to go to the local restaurants and the shops,the staff are very friendly and the hotel and pool area is very clean and tidy one negative is they could do with more umbrellas round the pool area! We went to the old town on Tuesday to the local market that is definitely worth a walk around if u like to have a little shop we went by bus which is very easy and very regular,I would definitely recommend this hotel we will be visiting again.

We have just returned after a wonderful stay. The pool area/reception is immaculate and well maintained. We stayed half board and there was always plenty to choose from, the breakfasts were excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen area if you need it. The location is ideal for the local shops and the beach is a short stroll away. The staff made this holiday, everyone you meet is friendly and helpful. We have to mention Marcin and Lucas- they were entertaining and joyful, they were excellent with our little one and were an absolute delight. We cannot wait to come back If going to the local market at Alcúdia consider a taxi from the hotel. We attempted the local transport but it was very busy with most buses full and not letting anymore on. No taxis in sight. We tried again on the Tuesday with a taxi from the hotel, it came straight away and cost around €11.

**Review of H10 Sol de Alcudia Apartments** We stayed for a week at H10 Sol de Alcudia Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The renovated room and bathroom were spacious with a lovely balcony. The pool was subtle and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Maria at reception, Maria the host, and Elena, who worked during the day, were wonderful. Elena and her male colleague made delicious cocktails and sangria. Frankie and Danielle, who worked in the evening, also made great cocktails. The room cleaning was perfect, with fresh linens and towels daily except for two days a week, which was communicated in advance. The hotel was clean and quiet, with no disturbances. We enjoyed the nearby dining and drinking options and found beautiful spots to eat within a 15-minute bike ride. Thank you to the entire H10 Sol de Alcudia team for a great vacation!

The hotel was excellent, spanking clean ,the staff were excellent, food tremendous, we could not fault this hotel in any way ,room was very equipped, cleaner excellent, evening entertainment excellent and very friendly and couldn't believe they put food in our fridge because we were delayed and also opened breakfast room because we left early. A big well done to everyone that works in this hotel

We had a lovely 14 night holiday here, it was great value for money,a few little issues from my pov but generally overall was what we expected. Location was perfect, central to bars restaurants and 10 mins walk to the beach. Alcudia is a busy resort but not overcrowded, unless you go to use public transport that is. the buses get very packed. Still was worth the squash to get to the old town and see the markets which were fantastic. Defo visit the hidropark as well this was a fantastic day out. I will list the few issues but they didn't massively impact our stay. 1. No air con in public areas of the hotel, it can get very hot and there is no respite from it during the day unless you go back to your room for the air con 2. Speaking of air con, we stayed in a studio and the air con was very temperamental. It did work but with no way to adjust the temp it was either boiling hot or freezing and no in between. 3. Pool areas are a bit dated could do with a spruce up and re tiling in areas. 4. Pool area gets very busy which was expected going at a peak time (summer holidays) regardless we always managed to squeeze some beds in somewhere. 5. MOSQUITOS - not specific to the hotel just the area Alcudia itself it is riddled with them everyone I encountered had been savaged by them. Apparently it's the time of year and proximity to all the canals. 6. Prices very expensive more than the UK for drinks and food out. Average meal cost for 3 people was 65 euros and that was only 1 course and 1 drink each. Also if you read a review about A giant watermelon inflateable - yeah that was us hahaha.
