Camp Roy is great base for your hunting crew or anyone just wanting to get away and enjoy some time by the fire in nature. We have deer, birds, and more squirrels than you can count. The gazebo is the best place to start with coffee and quiet and an ideal place to end the day with stories and s'mores around the fire pit. We're proud to host a variety of friends--hunters, hikers, kayakers, birdwatchers, wine/whiskey tasters, fishermen, college families for nearby SEMO and SIUC, wedding parties--you name it!We are located in Alexander county home of the Shawnee National Forest that includes thousands of acres of public land, and the Cache River Wetlands.
