EXPLORING The Beach - 1 minute walk There is pedestrian crossing at the traffic lights just outside the building, making it safe, quick and easy to cross the road and find yourself on the beautiful long stretch of beach. Alex Heads patrolled beach is a 3 minute walk south towards the Surf Club. The Park - 1 minute walk Immediately behind the building is a beautiful lake with playground and walking track. There are ducks, turtles and other wildlife as well as BBQ facilities. There is also a playground at Alex Heads Beach. Sunshine Plaza - 5 minute drive The largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast is just around the corner. The car park can be a bit tight for very large vehicles with maximum clearance of 2.05 metres.
