Great business hotel for the price and location. Friendly staff, convenient location to Green Square Station and precinct. My room had a lovely view of the city. Clean & well-appointed, pushed to criticise - room is small & bed was not very comfortable Nearby venue The Beer Bar is superb.

Convenience and quiet place! It’s easy to go to the Sydney Airport. Hotel staffs are friendly and kind.

There are positive and negative points. Positive: price is reasonable for Australian standards. They have some coffee machine during the day with a few (not fancy) snacks, it is nice. The location is excellent just because it is near train station. Negative: The windows are big but view is sad. The cleaning service resumed to take out the trash can and towels. They said would come for a general clean service, since we booked 5 nights, but it never happened and this is really disappointing. The facilities and bed are very simple.

Thr hotel location is nice, very close to train station. Room space is massive but the bath is too small, the toilet facing to the door and its even difficult to close the door when you were in the bath. The worst design is the basin, very narrow, when we wash our hands, water splashed our shoes. Really cant undrrstood why the designer seperated the bathroom in such small space when there was quite enough space in the room.

Basically nothing to complaint as a budget hotel while being so close to train station. Amenities are well provided. Just the laundromat nearby is a bit expensive (around AUD 20 something for washing + drying)

Very convenient location to the city and airport. Room wasn’t too small for a one person stay. Toilet was clean. Ideal for single person trip . One thing negative was the pillow & bed sheet and lining wasn’t too clean but can ask for a swap. With price considering it was great.

Great location, right next to Green Square Station. 1 stop away from Central station.

Great location, just a short walk from train station. There is a woolworths on other side of train station, very convenient. Only one or two train stops and will reach city centre. Was given free breakfast, with a 24h access to coffee machine. Only first day didn't have housekeeping, we asked for housekeeping on second morning and subsequently had our rubbish cleared and soaps refilled. Overall a great stay!

Couple of minor problems which were sorted promptly. Would use again when in Sydney.

My experience was short but good. I stayed for two nights. I recommend this place for anyone who needs a simple stay! :)

I’m stay for 5 night, but have to request to changed bed sheet on 3rd night myself. Room cleaning can be improving. Hotel provided 24hrs coffee 👍👍

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient having Green Sq station literally 2 mins walking distance, making it an easy commute to the city. The 24 hr coffee bar was a real highlight. Would definitely recommend to friends.

1st day was fine with silent and comfortable environment. But the 2nd day has a repeated sound that causes nuisance to sleep. Should check the room and see how the noise comes from!!
