The hotel is great but the price is a little high, the view is great, the service and cleanliness are great

Excellent hotel

The experience was good I had an amazing time. The accommodations was very clean, the staff was very helpful and super accommodating. The pool was clean. I would recommend to a friend and would return to the same resort in the future.

Really so bad hotel and more and more bad the service. I will never stay there again

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от парка «Аль-Монтаза». Номер был неплохо убран, но постельное бельё оказалось старым, в катушках. Мы попросили принести нам бокалы для вина, но нам принесли лишь пластиковые стаканчики, что разочаровало. Останавливаться в этом отеле больше, чем на одну ночь, я бы не стал.

لقد كان لدي حجز ل ٥ ايام استخدمت ٣ أيام ولظرف طاري غادرت واهديت اليومين الباقيه لأحد أصحابي وبلغت الإستقبال بذلك وأخذت موافقتهم وحضر صاحبي وبلغ بأنه لامانع لكن فوجئت بعد ساعتين من مغادرتي ب رفضهم إسكان صديقي ولم استرد المبلغ فماهو الحل علما بأن موظفات الإستقبال إسراء ونور كانو لطفاء وخدومين

環境很好，前台服務很好，挺不錯的。

Checked into one room, dirty and strange smell there. Asking for another one, got even worse. After one night there decided to check out and ask for returning money for second night we would not to stay there, refused. Dirty and smelly nightmare, nothing more to say about this terrible place.

Decent hotel, but don't let the pictures fool you, the hotel is only 2 floors on one of the buildings in the pics, only the ground level and the 11th floor are the hotel. The location seems like it's close to the water in the pics but in reality to get to the sea you have to walk about 30 mins. We tried two rooms, both smelled like cigarettes, so we chose the one with least smell. The best part was the breakfast buffet, it had a lot of options and was decent quality.

Eastern Montazah is located in Florence Mega Mall. Entrance looks nice and chic. Mr Michael ( at the front desk ), upgraded our room to a pool view one. There are 2 pools at the hotel. Room is clean, so is the bathroom. ( In case you felt you need them to change your bedsheets, you can always ask.) Staff are hard working. We enjoyed the breakfast. It has many varieties. Mrs. Mona at the restaurant, very welcoming and smile never leave her face. She makes sure that you have everything you need. Mrs Rehab, listened carefully to our feedback and made sure all is good and that we enjoyed our stay. Free Wifi is available in rooms. Parking is available with extra charge but you'll find parking place outside the hotel. ( Neighboorhood isn't that good so it's better you have a car. ) Hotel is recommended if you are searching for a clean and nice hotel, this one is a value deal.

From the check-in to the checkout, the staff made us very welcoming, Sayed upgraded our room to a suite, cheers. Breakfast was very nice, room was super spacious with big balcony. I would like to thank Mina from the coffee house, such an amazing guy, was very responsive and helpful and always smiling, and two young handsome guys in the restaurant keep up with the smile & great working spirit, and not to be forgotten from front office Michael, you are a wonderful person and truly appreciate your hospitality and kindness, keep up with the beautiful service that you provided to us, made us feel very welcoming, cheers to Mr. Michael and Mr. Mina

Hotel moderno e pulito vicino al palazzo Al-Montaza. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade e ci hanno fornito una suite, la colazione è molto abbondante e dispone un'ampia selezione di cibi dolci e salati. Il personale è molto gentile e cortese.

من اسوء التجارب في حياتي حتى الآن ابتداءا من موظف الاستقبال شاب أسمه بولا شخص غير صريح ولا اري فيه إيه احترام وتقدير للنزلاء وغرفة الفندق غير جيدة تمام ويوجد بها اشياء كثيره لأ تعمل بكفاءة جيده مثل الستائر والنوافز وحتي سخان المياه و غطاء الوصلات الكهربائية ليست بحالة جيدة وهذا خطر كبير بالنسبة للأطفال والأشخاص الذين ليس لهم خبرة في مجال الكهرباء حتى على مستوى الحمام لأ يقومون بشكل دوري بتزويد المنظفات الشخصية في الحمام ومناديل الحمام أكثر من ثلاثة أيام لم يقم أحد بوضع مناديل ورقيه للحمام وحتى المدفيءه لا تعمل بكفاءة عالية والسجاد متسخ وغير قابل للتنظيف
