My family and I had an excellent stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the service and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room service and houses keeping were also up to the standard. Overall, the quality if our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

السلام عليكم مع الأسف الشديد الفندق يعتمد على موقعه وينافس بالموقع فقط. القندق يحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة من حيث الحمامات ولكن الأسوأ هو مستوى النظافة. ملاية السرير في الغرفة وقت التسكين كانت قذرة وتحتوى على بقع ومعي صور. ستارة بانيو الحمام غير آدمية ولا تصلح وايضا قذرة للغاية ومعي صور. ناهيك عن أسلوب معاملة أ. ماجد الذي أعتقد أنه مدير مكتب الاستقبال لا أدري من أخبره أن على موظف الاستقبال التعالي على النزلاء وإساءة معاملتهم أو السخرية منهم لا سيما عندما تكون هناك مشاكل مثل المذكورة أعلاه. هو لا يرغب في السماع أو إقرار وجود المشكلة مما يدل على عدم الاستعداد لحلها. الموقع لا يكفي خاصة إذا قارنت بين الموقع وتحمل هذا الكم من القذارة في الغرف. أتمنى أن يقرأ المسئولون هذا التعليق ويعملوا على الإصلاح لإنه من المؤلم ترك منشأة كهذه في ظل الإهمال الجسيم.

خدمه سيئه لغايه والمله بتاعه السرير بتقع و التليفون مفيهاش سلك عشان اكلمهم اخر اهمال غير أدنى بالمرة والنور قطع عمرى ما شوفت نور بيقطع فى فندق والزملاء تتطلع على السلم لازم ياخد صفر تعليق والاكل شئ فول نبات وطعميه باردة وعصير مش عارفين جايبينو منين
