酒店整潔乾淨，靠近機場，很方便，酒店條件符合價位。

One of best appart hotels in Algeria, very clean, location is near the airport , and the environment around the hotel is safe with many shops and restaurants. The all over staff of the hotel is professional, of course at the reception and restaurant is very friendly and helpful and speaks several languages , especially, Raouf, Hager, Nadeem., Reyad at the reception and Noureddine, Kaouther… at the restaurant. I highly recommend this nice appart hotel with standard Marriott.

Warm welcome at reception smoth check inn big thank to raouf and mounia at desk not forgetting the bar man called saed so helpful they you guys mad my stay confortable and reactive front office team . Really recommend the stay for business trips. I recently switched from Marriott hotel to residance since its more calm nad comfortable. Little point to make is the elevator issues. Ty all

Except the reception team , the service is really bad , we ordered yesterday in the restaurant a soup for my wife who was sick at 1 pm they brought it around 4:15 pm . But the worst is the room service , the made was talking to us as client as if we are a ….., shouting while baby was sleeping in the room , Threatening us for no reason , she wanted us to keep the room clean so she will not do her job but unfortunately you still can see this kind rude and uneducated people in marriot bonvoy . U feel like u are.begging them for sleepers , soap or water , She was talking about giving us water as if she is doing for us some favor and the funniest part is the room walls was full of killed musquitos everywhere . The maids are so disrespectful and rude , never seen such a treatment in my life , its the last place to stay in to be honest .

I do not recommend this hotel to no one . Upon arrival and after a 16 hours flight my mother and I had the worst experience here . My reservation was cancelled with the intention of me booking a higher rate . When I asked to speak to a manager the agent ( Nassim Eddouaouda) said there was no manager on sight , which was a lie because an other staff came out , removed their name tag and said I had to leave. We had to find a hotel near by and there I found out the last guy who spoke to me was indeed the front office manager. I have recordings of his lying and refusing to provide the “ manager’s email so I could file a complaint . I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to be treated badly and scammed
