This place was dirty. It might look good in photos, when I walked into the room, I thought it was a pretty nice place. But when I lifted up the sheets, I found specs of dirt and dandruff(?) and the towels were slightly damp. The internet didn't work and management did not care. The keycard also stopped working halfway during our stay. On top of the that, the water stopped working in the morning for one of the days. There was excrement on the toilet paper; I don't know how it can be worse than that. I tried leaving a review back in January on Google. Their manager named Charlie was nice and offered a complimentary stay. I decided then that I would give them another try in the summer because I believe in improvement. A month later and they have the audacity to say I mixed up their motel with another: "you did not stay at Omeo suites". Well I did, and I'm reposting the same pictures on here to shed some light on the situation.

Overall pretty decent, Bryce at the front desk was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and rooms have been remodelled. The rooms at first glance smelled and looked clean. The coffee had not been emptied and the floors needed to be mopped, bedding was very nice. Convenient for a nights stay.

The hotel host was really nice, greetint us and asking if we wanted water upon arrival. The hotel room has everything you could ever need including a coffee machine and fancy shower. Would definitely come back again!

I had to cancel since I needed wheelchair accessible hotel. I received an email indicating I would receive a refund of the deposit. To date, I’ve not received it. I called and they said they can’t find my reservation number and to contact TripAdvisor. It’s impossible to contact TripAdvisor. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge.

a week ago on Google False advertisement of what I was suppose to get, toilet does not consistently flush, water takes long to get hot. Dirty bedding,house keeping doesn't clean rooms consistently, throwing away personal property, constant construction on premises while staying, unfinished rooms, charging my card 3 times without my permission while trying to check in. When I arrived at 1am I was locked out and waited 15-20 min calling with no answer knocking on the door finally a young boy comes to answer after being sleep in the back. He was the one that charged my card without my authorization 3 times trying to sneak in a$150.00 charge that was never discuss shown online or even on their policy that's typed on the desk. The manager lied to me about a conversation had with my sister and himself, house keeping was rude and rolling their eyes when I asked for more towels and they told me I had to wait I wasn't getting anything now. All the air conditioner leak, laundry stayed outside under the stairs the whole time I was there. I recommend no one stay here when I asked for part of a refund they claim they can't do anything, false they don't want to they take your money and dump you in hell. If anyone has stayed here I recommend you report them. I was given a number to call by the manager so I will share it on here call Charlie (626)524-5215 if enough people call maybe we can get some sort of compensation back for our horrible experience.
