1) there is no parking available, you will need to hunt for a parking spot on the street. 2) there is no lift/elevator and there are no rooms on the ground floor. 3) there was no one at the reception to assist us, we had to get help from the restaurant to contact the responsible person for check-in
4) there was no assistance to help us in moving our luggage up the stairs. 5) there is a bar downstairs and it was loud and disturbing as most of the people got drunk at the bar and then came upstairs to the hotel. 6) we had to change three rooms as one room had an issue with the plumbing in the toilet, the other room did not have the ac working, then the other room did not have the tv working. It was a complete mess. Regretfully to have booked a hotel as it was not at all up to the basic mark.

Very nice stay. Helpful staff, bablu was super nice, he was ready to help anytime. And very taste food special tangdi kabab and mutton biryani must try
