The signature Taj Hospitality at its Best.. We stayed at Taj Alibaug yesterday to celebrate our son’s birthday, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Thanks to the entire team starting from the reception to the service team. A special thanks to Mr.Chandrakant, the Duty Manager, who was extremely courteous and thoughtful. In addition to the surprise upgrade, the staff took extra efforts to beautifully decorate the room for my son. Also appreciate Ms. Diana from the F&B team, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. We have stayed at this property several times in the past, but for the first time after the rebranding from Radisson to Taj. This was by far the best experience with signature Taj service standards written all over it. The only thing which I felt was a little off was the food taste which I am sure can be improved! But overall the entire team at Taj Alibaug deserves a big thank you for their superb hospitality and making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again!

One of the best Taj experience we have had. The service at both your restaurant were top class. The entire staff was very hospitable and made us feel at home. Would recommend the Signature suite to one and all.

Had visited the resort a couple of days ago … the overall experience was below average in terms of room, staff experience , food…was there for a night with my wife who also experienced the same feeling the staff behaved with us…had booked our room in Taj with an extra cost as compared to other resorts across the stretch thinking in mind of getting a better service and hospitality but eventually landed up in a bad experience during breakfast hours and room service …was waiting for my order to arrive which eventually didn't appeared even after multiple calls to the staff . The management was very disappointing with making guest waiting for a table during breakfast hours resulting in a fish market scenario by accumulating all the guest in a small , insufficient dining area with not so fresh , cold and soggy food and the food were also not refilled till the time we were in the breakfast area ( around 30-45 mins) . THE WORST BREAKFAST WE EVER HAD IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL. Was feeling cold in my room so had request for an extra blanket which arrived in an hour ( around 1 am in the late night) after making 3-4 calls to the reception which was highly disappointing as a guest perspective . Since it was a rainy day out and our room was slightly far from the reception , had requested for a buggy to drop us to the reception but denied us with a reason of staff storage while they are dropping other guest .. Sadly after reaching the reception area would see the buggy standing right there with no guest. Here are where things get frustrating, and show a lack of professionalism , coordination, information ,equality, transparency and clear disrespect for the guest. Had visited a quite 5 star resorts following on the same stretch ( won’t take their names ) but didn’t experienced such insulting act of service as ‘Taj’ did even after being a huge brand .These lapses highlight the gross negligence on your part and will force us to think twice to get a service from Taj in the near future…

We had a fantastic experience. Very good staff and ambience. Chandrakant needs a special mention who made our stay a memorable one.

Taj Alibaug has created memories and place to visit again .Right from Check in till checkout the experience has been superb.The staff is polite and friendly.The duty manager Mr Chandrakant was extremely helpful and arranged for birthday decoration and cake as informed to them for the birthday . The food was tasty and restaurant staff was very good and service was quick. Housekeeping staff needs to be appreciated for upkeep of room and birthday decoration.A place for family with kids as they have kids area and resort is quiet huge to take walk around. Overall the experience is Excellent

We had been to Taj Alibaugh Resort and Spa with my 2 year old infant. It was an excellent plesant stay experience for my family. They have nice huge swimming pool even a small kid pool. They also have rabbit and Swans which my daughter enjoyed playing with a lot. Mr Chandrakant Gujare the Duty Manager Front office was very helpful with all the things. And the Best part about Taj is Food the food was very very tasty and up to the mark Mr Roopesh More Assistant Restaurant Manager Aparanta and the Chef Mr Prashant honored all our request for food for my daughter as she is very fuzzy eater Mr Prashant made sure he made food for my daughter as my wife instructed him to make. They also have a very nice play Area for kids. Overall our experience was excellent. And i will definitely recommed my friends and family to have a stay at Taj Alibaug for their Hospitality.
