One of the worst hotel. Service is the poorest. Things are not available in the kitchen. Tv is not working, fan is making a loud noise. Food order arrives so late. It seems manpower is not available. Request for a refund of my money

Rooms are good. Foods are also tasty. Ambience is awesome as heritage look. Currently new hotel building construction is going on. But old is gold.

The hotel was under maintenance. There was excavation near rooms the view was obstructed. The swimming pool was also digged up which was not mentioned during the booking. Lack of staff and overall the energy was missing in the property.

We stayed on 6th & 7th may 24 .. we did not have a pleasant stay because of the ongoing construction on the site itself .. it was so annoying to extent that we had to shift in another room in the middle of the night . The jcb machine was operational throughout the night & it was impossible to sleep . What was the use of paying a high price in the name of the heritage property … rooms were small & everything is old including ac & linen … Over all not at all a satisfactory stay …

Very dingy hotel with uncomfortable vibes. The linen was dirty and the restaurant was inadequate in terms of even basic dishes.
