Below are some of the critical issues I faced during my stay: Leaking AC and Damp Room: The air conditioner was leaking, leaving the room damp, smelly, and completely unhygienic. Broken Bathroom Fixtures: The bathroom pipes and walls were in a state of disrepair, adding to the overall neglect. Filthy Bedding: The bed linens smelled foul—comparable to rotten eggs—and were as dirty and discolored as unwashed railway linens. Unhygienic Kitchen Area: The in-house kitchen lacked even the most basic hygiene standards, making it unsuitable for food preparation or service. Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared poorly trained and unprofessional, unable to handle basic guest interactions or maintain service quality. No Wi-Fi or Mobile Network: There was absolutely no Wi-Fi available, and even mobile network coverage was practically non-existent. This left us completely disconnected and isolated throughout the stay, making it extremely difficult to communicate or manage any urgent work. Non-Functional Television: The television in the room was not operational due to an expired subscription. Despite multiple follow-ups with the staff, there was no resolution provided during the entire duration of the stay. Lift Out of Service Without Prior Notice: The elevator was out of order, and the staff failed to inform us beforehand. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, and had to repeatedly climb up and down for any basic service request—this was extremely exhausting and inconsiderate.

Under staffed , No water Bottle when we checking in. No kettle and Milk and coffee and tea powder. No room service. Water bottles were also charged. Complimentary Breakfast is allowed to only one person when Two people are checked in. Avoid restaurant Exorbitant costs. Room was surprisingly neat. Mosquitos were also part of the fixtures (complimentary) Best to go elsewhere.

It was a very bad experience. The hotel is under renovation and in a very bad shape. AC n TV was not working. They dont give any chairs or teapoy in the rooms if booked through treebo. There is no restaurant in the hotel and if you bring food from outside vendor you have to eat on bed. I was given room in 4th floor n lift is unserviceable. Even basic things like towel they did not provide in room. In the name of toiletary one 10gm medimix soap was given. I went prayagraj for interview of my son n i had no time for complaining in treebo. But repeatedly i asked for the service but no action.

I had a wonderful experience at Royal Galaxy Prayagraj, thanks to their impeccable room and staff service. The room was comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere. My stay at this 3-star hotel was delightful! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. While the room lacked decor, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the excellent housekeeping service that kept the room tidy throughout my visit. Overall, a fantastic experience at an affordable price
