Location is good, wifi not provided, and it was mentioned on mmt that checkout time is before 12. 00 pm (so according to this i can checkout at 11. 45 or 11. 50) but these people asked me to checkout at 11. 00. My flight was at 3. 00 pm so i was sitting in reception area for 1 hour approx, that's not correct. Rooms are ok, not very spacious.

It is a Nice clean hotel on busy street. Self with 2 collogues booked 3 rooms here for a night for business purpose. And our experience turned out really good. The rooms are good and staff is courteous. There is enough space for car pickup, drop even when the street remains busy through the day specially during evenings.

Food is very good but only room service is available at present as restaurant is under renovation. At present the hotel is under renovation so it was very difficult for us to stay for 2 nights. We do not have any prior information regarding this renovation, else we should have change the hotel for our stay.

Will have rated excellent, but the property is under renovation currently, which is causing a bit of hindrance while accessing the entrance of the hotel. Otherwise, very nice rooms and situated at a very nice place.

The stay were comfortable i enjoyed the services and room were spacious. Reception and all stff well behave and provide prompt service nice hospitality given by all staff i recommend to everyone do visit and stay here ..... Kudos to everyone.

All well with essential amenities but need to improve service call assigned number response. Room or house keeping service number ring is picked up very ocassionaly.

Mattress was terrific in that room, was not able to sleep whole night. Refrigerator was not working in that much hot conditions and no support given to resolve these issues from hotel management.

My 2 month stay at Milan had been truly homely. Manoj sir, Roshan sir, vishwakarma sir and sneha ma'am and chef Chandan had been of immense support. Their warmth and concern made the stay memorable. They ensured proper hygiene, comfort and follow a customer first approach. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Allahabad.
