Very bad service. No proper food and hospitality. Worst experience. Only idle was served during breakfast and for rest meal no variety and it took lot of time for them to serve. We were all hungry

When we arrived at the houseboat, we were surprised that only one room was ready even though we'd booked two. Luckily, they found another room later in the evening. 1st room wasn't quite as clean as we'd hoped. There was a bit of a funny smell, and the bathroom wasn't sparkling either. On the bright side, the food was delicious! although, we did notice a few things that could have been cleaner in the dining area too.

The stay in the boat house was good. However, the duration of the ride was small. There is no source of entertainment at the boat. Food is average at best

very bad experience, no such any facility as per bookings. morning tea served, no tea or coffee with breakfast, breakfast only idli is served, no such items as per the booking menu. boat is good, room is good, staff is ok.

Pros-
welcome drink provided. Staff behavior were good, but they should be prompt in providing solution to customers issues. Cons -
not toiletry provided. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were just like doing formality. Food taste was just ok, service must be improved. Shower was not working. Light was not working, photo attached of not we
roof top open view was not available. Morning houseboat ride was started late at 0815am and ended at 0850am, not as promised 1 hour ride. Tv was not working. No cctv camera (not big deal)

House boat surrounding not hygeine. Food not tasty and people money minded. Won't recommend anyone for houseboat

The rooms were not very well maintained, it was shabby and smelling bad. On top of it there were army of mosquitoes in the bath room and room.

Stay was awesome good was good only limited option from boat so take things with you while on boat house
