Comfortable with nice staff after a long day.
Nice staff that helped when tired with recommendations. Simple room with firm, but comfortable bed. No real extras in the room, but car right out the front door for easy unloading and loading of 2 bikes for text day. Very small bathroom with stained tub that wife didn’t want to use. Had an indoor pool with a large kids pool party going on. Out for Mexican food dinner and too tired to think about relaxation in a pool. Accommodating staff. RV setups in rear of hotel too.

It's an older property so if you're expecting modern and updated not for you. But very clean super nice staff.

You won't find better for this price!
This place is excellent for the money! For $55 I got a comfortable bed with a separate sitting area. The air conditioner didn't work great, but if I would have asked I am confident they would have moved me to a different room or fixed it. The service was excellent. I was comfortable, I saved a lot of money, and I slept well.

The Sunset Motel is a good, quiet, economical motel. It is a little older, but everything works like it should. A common difficulty with older motels is whether you have to hunt for outlets to recharge/use the laptop, phones, etc. Not so with this place - they have a few convenient places on the night stand, or reachable outlets by the desk. The bed was comfortable and seemed new.

This is an older motel, but kept up well. There is a laundry for guests, the staff were excellent and very helpful. Nice place to stay and good price. I would atay here again if I'm ecer in the area.

The bathroom shower head did not have a way to turn on. Had to use the facet head to shower. Made it very difficult and an inconvenience.

Little treasure off the beaten path
Highly recommend Sunset Motel. Friendly staff, awesome room, bed was amazing and room very clean. Will definitely be back. Price was right.

This is an old fashioned "motel", however one could stay at the Holiday Inn down the street for twice the price and have the exact same amenities.
