Preston Palace

We are happy specially my daughter, every year we are there. So we will be back again next year. Or maybe before the end of the year. Food, rooms, facilities are great.

Well we went here with the whole family kids and everything and let me just tell you you pay your €60 and you got the whole day food drink everything at your disposal pool arcade bar so there's a little bit for everybody in the family whatever you want to do. I would definitely recommend this please for when you don't have anything to do and it's a rainy day out you can enjoy the spa there's a movie theater and arcade there's pool there's bars there's even mini golf so a little bit for everybody to do something in the family if you wanna do it together or even if you wanna do it separately and everybody goes their way And then at the end of the day everybody meets up back together to have a good meal and happily go home with a relaxed mind.

It was a nice visit and a lot to explore and eat and nice with live music. Would be good if there were more lockers for the bag if you stay a bit after 11 o'clock.

The price is not worth what you get. Terrible service over all. For kids was nice but nothing for outside in good weather

There's alot to say so will try to keep it short. Did an overnight from Sunday to Monday for my wife's birthday. Let's start with the good. The food and drinks are great. Plenty of food options whether you choose buffet or a la carte. Breakfast and lunch is buffet style at Ribbleton and then for dinner we opted for a la carte. The buffet food at Ribbleton was plentiful and well prepared. Some common Dutch favorites with a few other options also. Dinner at Midtown was also great but I couldn't eat much as I was super full from lunch and snacks in between. There are bars everywhere you look where you can order anything they stock. Plenty of snack options scattered around the hotel as well. Plenty to do here also, I'm not going to list everything but you can easily spend 3/4 days here and not get bored. We enjoyed the karaoke which went on till 1am. The place is not touristy at all, in fact it's mainly locals. On the negative side the indoor kermis is uncomfortably hot, not sure if the aircon was broken. Also my wife and 8 year old were on a ride which got stuck and it took about 10 minutes to get all the people off. A bit traumatic for them both and we chose not to return to the kermis. Rooms are really spacious with all the essentials you need. A few added touches like something special at dinner for a birthday celebration would be great. Despite some issues we would return. We found it to be value for money and its a nice indoor location for winter.

The place is lovely The pool is beautiful, amenities are good, (warm) snacks vending machine in addition to the fuitbar is a good addition. -2 start for the visibly unhappy and borderline rude blond elderly female worker. Observations made while waiting in line watching her interactions with guests with various questions, as well as around the pool area. A genuine disgust towards the guests on her face and in her voice was unpleasant and in direct contrast to the atmosphere of the place. Jammer, echt.
