看上去是國內快捷酒店的感覺，配置還要差點，衹有2瓶洗髮水，不知道是啥考慮；衞生和早餐不錯，態度也很好，停車場在對面巷子裏，一天16歐

非常的乾淨整潔

Good hotel spotlessly clean ,good location between the beach and the old town. Hotel has a great roof terrace nicely furnished with loungers and chairs under sun shades. Breakfast is all cold items but is of a good quality with good coffee. Staff are welcoming and helpful and will direct you to good bars and restaurants.

There are not many reviews for this hotel, so i had low expectations ,but the hotel and the stuff exceeded our expectations. Modern hotel,modern rooms, great location , tea kettle and tea,instant coffee,etc ptovided in Superior room, which also had a balcony. Big ,spacious room, with safe(ask for safe lock at the front desk). But the best is the hotel staff-our car would not start and they spent 2 hours calling car rental, updating us on every step until we have left. The best experience we had in our 2 weeks trip in Spain. Thank you, Costasol!

small room with small shower. Very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Safe available for a charge. Didn't eat breakfast here. Roof top sun terrace lovely with comfy seating and a shower. Convenient location . Parking a couple of streets away at €13 night.

Arrived late evening & check in very efficient from friendly hotel reception. Very clean & comfortable room. Excellent central location. Roof terrace provides relaxing area to unwind. Hotel car parking close by but very testing if you have a large vehicle!

We didn’t stay here but the reception staff were absolutely lovely and saved our day. We had been waiting for an hour at a taxi rank in the heat with my 5 year old and the man at reception very kindly called us a cab so we could return to our resort. Foyer looked spotless and everyone was super friendly. Cannot thank them enough.

Generally much nicer than expected from other 3* Spanish hotels. Well decorated and clean. English spoken by receptionists. Large lobby and breakfast room. No bar or food served other than breakfast. Breakfast simple self service adequate continental fayre with no hot items unless toast counts. Room large enough, again with simple adequate facilities but must complement the powerful shower. Bottled water in fridge was chargeable at 50 cents for 500 ml. Although good quadrupal glazing killed the street noises, there was internally poor noise insulation between room and corridor.

First time visitor, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Very convenient parking is organised by the hotel at a fraction of the price a few steps away from the hotel (do not come with a big car, as you will find it difficult to maneouver in the parking). The room was comfortable. Truth be told, soundproofing could be improved, but overall, apart from a few noises from time to time, it is a very calm hotel. I want to mention that all staff had excellent English skills. Thank you very much, I will most definitely come back again!

We stayed for a couple of nights to explore Almeria. The hotel is in a really great location, near the port, cathedral and castle, with loads of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The roof terrace is a great bonus, with seats, sun loungers and even a shower - and views over both the port and the castle. Really good value for money, and is certainly use the hotel again. A great find.

Stayed at Costasol for a week when in Almeria & the location is really superb, with easy access to shops & dining options in town as well as major sights and the beach. It was really easy to get to via bus 30 from the airport & a short walk from the Ramblas. We got there before 2 & could leave our bags before checking in after 2. The room was nice and spacious with ample storage space & bathroom was a good size as well (& we love the smell of the toiletries!). It also felt really clean & was refreshed daily. The room had a window facing the main road so it was nice to look out and see the activity, including the Pride parade over the weekend! There is a fridge in the room which was really handy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was more than €8 per person and there were alot of dining options near the hotel. The dining room was really cute, as it's made up like a library. Staff were helpful though we did get directed to a wrong shop for bike hire - Bike King which only sold rather than hired out bikes! We slept with the windows open as we prefer fresh air to air conditioning. One drawback with doing this was the noise from the street - people, traffic & the street cleaner which seemed to be operating at all hours! We got used to this though so weren't prevented from sleeping. A negative aspect of the hotel is the housekeeping which was hit and miss. We only got bottled water on the first day (staff at reception mentioned bottled water when we asked if tap water was drinkable) & on the second day we managed to catch the cleaner who gave us 3 bottles when she realised she hadn't left any in the room. After the first day we decided to buy our own water as we couldn't be sure it would always be available. It would be better for the hotel to have a water cooler so guests can just help themselves rather than have multiple bottles of water which isn't great for the environment. Soap was not always replenished nor was the toilet paper. The lock on the room door is the old style key lock, rather than a key card lock so it didn't feel particularly secure. There was another key on the key ring which we assume was for the safe but the latter didn't work as there was a hole where the lock should have been. Once, we asked for the shower gel & shampoo to be topped up as it was getting low, but staff only replenished that & not the soap at the sink which was also getting low. Other than these niggles, we found the hotel very good for our needs & wouldn't hesitate to return if we visit Almeria again in future!

Very disappointed. When I arrived I asked for just one thing, I wanted my room to have some natural light, not a view or anything, just a bit light. The receptionist said, they are booked and there is no room with natural light available (barely checking). I went to the room, I was travelling alone for work, andd I see an extremely small room, dark. I go to wash my hands, the bathroom smelled bad and there was no soap. I asked for some, and they told me they don't have any and I could use the sampoo. After a minute, they went in another room and brought me an almost open soap, that clearly wasn't the hotel's. I check the bed, and I saw a mattress that was in a really bad shape, so I go to the receptionist and I ask for change, even if I have to pay extra. She says she has nothing else available (barely trying). Now, I have a health condition, so next day I wake up and can't walk, as my left leg was stiff. I go and ask again for a change explaining I have a health issue (should I really?)... And then, at night, when I got back from my workday, I insisted for a change, I payed a big difference considering, and I go to an ok room. There was light, and soap! And I ask you, why should I ruin the three days I was travelling for work, go tired in my meeting and with a limp? I put two stars cause the second room was ok, but I had to suffer to get there. I was glad to leave, and I m very disappointed.
