Holiday Inn Express & Suites Altoona

第三次入住此酒店，感覺房間近兩年最新裝修，設計與裝修非常好，房間與廁所面積大，室內整潔衞生，餐廳佈局合理、用餐舒適！

酒店停車方便 ，乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，早餐一般般，準時9點就收了，希望能提醒一下客人是否還需要拿東西吃

設施：很好 有健身房游泳池洗衣房 環境：酒店很新 但沒有異味 對面幾十米就是電影院 不遠處有山姆和沃爾瑪還有日料 理髮店 開車3分鐘 走路自己計算哦 衞生：入住時房間整理的很好 很乾凈 衞生間相對於美國的三星級酒店算是很大了 而且熱水很大 經常出國的朋友應該知道 國外酒店洗浴出水量真的太急人了 服務：前台很熱情 但客房清理不預約是不會主動清潔 這一點對英文不好的住客來説 不是很方便

A great hotel! Clean and friendly staff. My kids loved the pool!! I love the coffee it is freshly ground 😋 breakfast was also good! The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and very helpful. It sits on top of a hill, it is close to shopping and restaurants

Absolutely pleasant experience. Clean, neat, accommodating, great breakfast! Children love the pool! Employees are approachable kind and courteous. A must stay hotel. Set on top of a hill, close to shopping and food, no traffic to deal with. Parking lot is large and spacious with multiple access points via key card.

We absolutely loved our stay at the holiday inn express in altoona! We were welcomed by very friendly staff. Kelsey, Kim and Kendra are amazing first shift ladies! They helped us find a perfect restaurant for my husband's birthday. Lindsey at night was wonderful too! Always helpful. The hotel is close to many restaurants and plenty of shopping! The hotel is clean, everything feels like new. Breakfast was delicious and everything was well stocked with plenty of variety. We will always chose this hotel when in the area!

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times for business that I do in the area. Each time they give me a hard time about using the credit card that I book with saying that I need to actually present the physical card upon check in, (which I share with my boss). I had had a credit card authorization form completed TWICE so that it doesn’t continually happen, but today upon check in, after a long day of driving and work, I was again asked to present the card. And when I said they should have the authorization on file, they could not find it. Heather, the GM was very rude to me. Couldn’t explain to me why this particular Holiday Inn is the only one that makes me go through this every single time I stay, (and I travel frquently). It’s a shame because I like the brand and the hotel is typically a decent/clean hotel choice, but unfortunately, I may have to find another option when in town because I do not like the way I have been treated the last 2 times I have stayed at this property.

Beds were so comfortable. Room was big and spacious - new and clean. Bathroom needed a good mop, but plenty of towels and a great size. Check in was very efficient. Room not at all soundproof - very noisy floor from above and you could hear the toilet flushing from upstairs. Parking was very convenient and breakfast was adequate. A good size gym and a little shop to buy snacks and drinks.

This is a great place conveniently located near the Convention Center in Blair County. It is spotless, the bathrooms are very clean. There is a breakfast area in the lobby that is great. If traveling you will not be disappointed if you stay here.
