SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Alvin

Booked this room for my parents and there room did not smell like ours did. Very clean and liked that they clean the room for the next night.

We took a chance on the great reviews of this property and booked a stay. Wow, we were not disappointed! From the friendly check-in staff (Anita specifically) to the comfy beds to the delicious breakfast to the outdoor pool, the whole family loved it. Especially for the price! One complaint is the musty smell, but I understand humidity in Houston. The pros far outweighed the one con. Great experience!

Stores were close by if you wanted to walk and they offered delivery if you just wanted to relax. The hotel has always felt like home because it has such a relaxing feeling about it. There is a tv in the lobby along with newspapers if you wanted to just relax there instead of your room. The breakfast room may only be opened from 6 am to 9 am but you can go in there at any time to get a coffee, which I took advantage of one night when I couldn’t sleep. I walked around a bit and then got me a hot chocolate and by the time I got back to my room I was relaxed enough by then and had no trouble falling asleep. I would definitely refer anyone to come to the Sure Stay Plus if they want a relaxing and comfortable stay. I forgot to mention the pool and hot tub, both outside, which are great. The hot tub was incredible in easing my achy bones and joints. Come once and you’ll return time after time.
