Amazing evening, great food and extremely friendly staff. We celebrated our anniversary and Akshay made us feel so special.

Worst experience ever and it is continuing as we will be checking out tomorrow.After paying a hefty amount to 5star hotels,and that too staying in a suite ,we expect a certain kind of stay without any hassle,we had a late night checkin tired after a long flight and delhi traffic passing and etc..we settled and we wanted to drink water, we just poured water in our glasses to drink,and damn,it was smelly like lemon and vodka mixed ?we both felt that so thought maybe they had served lemony water,I called and asked they said it's normal water,than I told them to change the water ,they said yes sure ..till half n hour no one responded,I again called and said please change the water and glasses we want to have water..we are waiting..their response - ha abhi karwata hun? Seriously? What you people were doing till half n hour ?? Than after 15 minutes they came and gave us water bottles and gave us new glasses ,than we sat in our living room ,the sofa was so dirty , couldn't even sit there, I called the housekeeping person and told him that you people don't even wash the sofas ? Do you people know that this is Ramada? First night worst,second day morning explained everything to the front desk ,same sorry sorry cassette goes on ...we go out and come back again in the evening and than ,what we see,we had kept our 2 cookie packs aside at that time as we thought we will have it with tea in the evening...I called and told them that why one packet was removed from my room ,they told me that they assumed that we didn't wanna eat so they took it back...I mean seriously? If I keep my things aside and tell you to clean the room ,is it assumed that we don't want to have our cookies? Matter was not of cookies,it was of basic manners and basic services .. than we thought to order food ,As per extension 2 was mentioned on done in menu ,we called ,they said you have to call number 4...than again we called on no 4 ,I asked someone on phone ...can you ask the chef if we can have baked vegetables with pineapple?? He said okk will get back to you in a minute..till half n hour no one responded,so I went down in restaurant,I am trying to explain,why no one has reverted me ? 4 restaurant guys ,even without listening,sir ko bata diya ,sir ka call aaya tha,I told atleast listen to me yaar,bolne tau do...no one is ready to hear ...they say you are room no 233 ,I told no , atleast hear ,than I was so angry ,I went to frontdesk and complained that is the service we get in staying at suite in a five star hotel? No one accepts who received my call and than all togather starts saying sorry about the whole thing .are we here to here your sorry and face your worst behaviour? We also are sorry ,so will you give our money back ? No ,will your sorry give back our wasted time with you arguing? No..people do mistakes ,once it's ok but you keep continuing and that's the worst thing..we are still in this room and really feeling bad that we booked a suite in this hotel. never ever recommend any

The Hotel Stay is very good,Rooms are clean and food quality is also very good,moreover the team who is serving the food in restaurant was so quick and supportive, mainly Mr Akshay bhatia deal with me and his way of serving to customers was very impressive..

Food was quite yummy and spices kept optimal. Nice ambience and rooms were spacious and clean.the breakfast was quite good as well and entire Property is well maintained

The facilities are immaculate, and the staff is highly professional. A special mention goes to Amit from the restaurant team, who provided excellent service.

Nice ambience and hospitality. Food is good . Staff also cooperative . Need to add some deserts in the buffet. Overall , it was a good experience.
