H.H.Le Palme

The room was big and beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing, there's a whole network of areas to sit and its all beautifully furnished. Be warned there's a lot of steps to get there down from the road and to get down to the town! We like to walk so we loved it. The breakfast was basic and generous, and its a family run business which was lovely. There was a free drink to welcome us and the location was great.

Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious rooms and incredible stair workouts. My only gripe is that once you leave, the staff could care less about you. I left a pair of shoes that had sentimental value because they were the last gift I got from my dad before he died. I had my friend call and text management, no response. Got home and sent emails both from my personal email and via their website--NO RESPONSE. Also no idea we could use the Excelsior shuttle. Would have been nice, but I do have to say, taking the bus from town the the hotel was an adventure.

The Villa is set on the hillside above the town of Amalfi and below the village of Pogerola and is beyond incredible on three fronts (1) the villa itself (2) the staff and experience (3) the views. Given how the villa is constructed on the hillside, there is an incredible amount of space and privacy. We were a group of 20 with a lot of small kids and it never felt cramped. The top two floors with the pool and deck are very large and could and the living spaces are also very large. Every detail is incredibly well done and purposeful. The staff is incredibly accommodating and I believe everything is possible at HH Palm. We had the chef one night and wish we did this a few more times as the food and service was fantastic. For those looking to get away from the tourists, the town of Pogerola is a short walk up the hill and offers incredible views and a less touristy flavor. The stairs are a very neat experience and when we were tired, we simply took the stairs to the road and then rode the bus into town (15 mins). Overall, I highly recommend the HH Plam.

Ideally situated atop Amalfi town. Stunning views across the Gulf of Policastro to the left and Amalfi coast to the right. We had stayed the first night in Massa Lebresne and made our journey through the Amalfi coast (Positano, Praiano etc) before arriving at Le Palme. It marked the perfect stop for our last night on the Amalfi. Giusy (the owner / operator) was a pleasure to deal with - gave us great directions from the car park location to the premises, tips on how to get to the town via the steps and generally couldn't have been more accomodating. We spent the afternoon in the pool and hammocks - and essentially had the entire premises to ourselves. Peaceful retreat from the Naples chaos. Definitely recommendable.

Ospiti della struttura dal 28 marzo al 1 aprile 2023, ricevuti da Giusy, gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo, la mattina abbiamo fatto colazione - abbondante e servita al tavolo - in terrazza, con una vista mozzafiato. Secondo me bellissimo anche il percorso di scale a strapiombo sulla costa che bisogna percorrere per arrivare all'Holiday House Le Palme. Spero di tornare appena possibile. 💯🔝

Premetto che non posso esprimermi su tutti i servizi di questo hotel semplicemente perche'me ne e'stata preclusa la possibilita'in quanto portatrice di handicap.Come potrete vedere sul sito non c'e'scritto NON ADATTO A CLIENTI CON RIDOTTA MOBILITA',quindi ho prenotato tramite booking per 4 persone dal 30 marzo al 31 marzo 2023.L'unica segnalazione riguardava la presenza di 300 scalini ma con la possibilita'di usufruire di un montascale.Comunque la domenica sera prima della partenza abbiamo telefonato e ci e'stato solo allora comunicato che i montascale c'erano ma 100 GRADINI BISOGNAVA COMUNQUE FARSELI A PIEDI !!!!!!Come mai non se ne fa menzione sul sito ufficiale dell'albergo?Lunedi'abbiamo invano TENTATO DI DISDIRE telefonando a piu'riprese senza ricevre risposta,abbiamo lasciato un messaggio sulla segreteria telefonica,abbiamo mandato una mail di disdetta sul sito dell'albergo.Nulla. Oggi, alla vigilia della partenza, ci hanno gentilmente risposto che 1)LA MAIL NON L'AVEVANO RICEVUTA2)AVENDO PRENOTATO CON BOOKING ,DOVEVAMO DISDIRE CON BOOKING-provateci se ci riuscite-e ben 5 GIORNI PRIMA.MORALE: CI RIMETTIAMO 440'00,00 euro.Ma la cosa piu'riprovevole e'che nessuno si sia degnato di scrivere che chi ha problemi di deambulazione non puo'andare in questo albergo,ne' BOOKING ne'tantomeno l'albergo stesso.Davvero una GRAVISSIMA mancanza di riguardo per coloro,certo piu'sfortunati di altri,che devono subire questa mortificazione.Io me la sarei risparmiata se avessi saputo dei cento gradini da fare a piedi al momento della prenotazione e NON a posteriori.......

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte .Buona la pulizia della camera abbastanza confortevole, ottima la colazione, la famiglia proprietaria della struttura gentile affabile e premurosa. Vista spettacolare sul golfo. Unico handicap le scale per accedere alla struttura e per scendere in paese.
