Margarita Studios Ambelas

We had a wonderful six night stay at this charming little complex. It’s rated as a 3 star but we have stayed in 4 star hotels in the Canary Islands that we would rate similarly. The accommodation is clean, the beds super comfortable and the outdoor areas so pretty. The pool was so refreshing and we were in and out of it multiple times a day. A car was really helpful to go exploring. It’s about a two minute walk to the beach and there are several restaurants and a beach club within a 5 minute walk. Stella, her daughter Margarita and their lovely team of colleagues could not have been friendlier or kinder. They greeted all guests like old friends and it made the holiday for us. The cookery classes offered were fabulous and a real must. People came from all over to attend. As you would expect with somewhere offering cookery classes, the food is excellent quality. We went to several restaurants in Naoussa but rated non as highly as the food here. Everything was fresh, family style and very well put together. We will 100% be returning x

Margarita Hotel has been the highlight of our trip to Greece. Stella has the most phenomenal communications prior to and during our stay. If you were looking for a real life Mamma Mia story then this is it. Stella took over this land from her mother and turned it into a hotel that she and her daughter now run . We decided to take Stella‘s cooking class during our stay here and it was the best meal we’ve had nothing like authentic Greek food not like the touristy stuff you get down by the ports. The cooking class started with delicious coffees as Stella spoke to us about what we wanted to make that day. Not only did she help us create a delicious menu. She continue to add in sweet treats as we were cooking. Everything was so delicious. We couldn’t recommend margarita hotel anymore, the grounds were impeccably kept the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were clean and airy. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the sunrise right from our balcony. The wifi was also great so we could catch up on a little bit of work here and there we well as plan a few more things to do on our trip! Stella was also incredibly helpful with reccomendations and setting up transportation if you do not rent a car. We strongly recommend renting a car to get around Paros and go explore the island. We had the best time ever. Thank you Stella and your family for your warm hospitality.

Beach umbrellas, towels, recommendations for the best beaches given the prevailing wind, pretty hill-top villages, you will adore Paros and Stella makes sure you won’t want to leave.
