I recently stayed at a property in Ambikapur with my family, booking one Deluxe and one Standard room through MakeMyTrip. However, I was shocked to find that neither room had air conditioning, despite paying a premium for what I assumed were AC rooms. This was particularly disappointing given that I had previously stayed at a different property in Korba, where I paid less for an AC room with similar amenities. I had trusted MakeMyTrip's description and assumed the rooms would be air-conditioned. Due to the lack of AC, I ended up booking another room at a premium property, which added to my expenses. I hope the property takes steps to ensure their rooms meet the advertised standards.

It's Good. Clean, well maintained, easy to locate, RO not available, room service and kitchen number was not reachable
