I really like the view from this hotel, we can see beach and mountain. Breakfast menu also many variant.

Just convenience for me to get to workplace, not a lot of great hotels in this island. Seems like there's always party in the evening and ends @ 10pm, not so great for business travellers though

One of the undeniable strengths of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated near the city center, I found it convenient to explore the local attractions, shops, and halal restaurants. The proximity to public transportation made my travels around the city seamless. The rooms were comfortable. However, they don't provide complete amenities on the second night: couldn't find the small towel and sanitary bags.

I stay in a non-smoking room but I can still smell strong smoking from other rooms. The room is terrible in sound proof. I can hear a lot of sounds from the corridor. Breakfast should have more choices. The sink platform is small. No place to put personal items. Big bed is two small beds put together. Room was clean and the service was very good.

在好酒店為數不多的安汶已經算挺不錯的酒店了，樓下有當地高端超市farm market，徒步20分鐘可以到達maluku city mall，早飯還行，房間整潔乾淨，挺滿意了

Lokasi nya sangat strategis, mudah untuk kemana mana dan juga dekat dengan bandara

Hotel bagus, view bagus, kamar lega, kamar mandi di dekat restoran (sarapan pagi) kurang bersih

Weinig kennis van service m.b.t.westerse verwachtingen. Kamer was in orde, badkamer kitranden vol schimmels. Ontbijt ruim, maar ook niet ingesteld op westerse mensen.

Overall the hotel location is perfect. It was a not-so-new hotel, with wear and tear. We were aware of the name of Santika Hotel, as in Ambon there is the word 'Premiere" attached to it, We expect at least, an organized reception. The fact that we were met with an annoyingly unfriendly bulky male receptionist who was not even serving anyone yet asking us to wait in line and pointing to those sitting on the couches with his chin. We waited patiently until we realized he didn't even call those in line. For the word "premier" we personally expect a better service.

Terrible Hotel. Rooms are old, the air conditioning took 6 hours to get a small room to 24C, and it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in around the globe. Almost impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the single pane windows and the intolerable traffic noise that is 20 hours per day. Food is mediocre and finally the hotel is really good at taking payment but when funds are to be refunded they make it so difficult that you want to walk away. They are unable to refund your credit card directly and then keep adding "charges" so that effectively you dont get any of the money owed to you. But if you pay, the money is taken immediately from your card. Find another hotel if you have to stay in Ambon.

Good: Breakfast, view over the bay, and a supermarket and little shopping mall located in the same building. Decent: Dinner in the restaurant is okay, just stay away from the 'western' meals. Their pizza or (veggie) burger are not your finest cuisine. Less good: the rooms are very noisy and not very soundproof. The showers and especially the toilet was extremely disappointing. It looked like there hadn't been a proper deep clean of the toilet seat for years. It was dirty, yellow, instead of white. Very underwhelming for a four-star hotel.
