I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely poor service provided by your hotel, which has led to a significant financial loss and the loss of one of my most valuable clients. Coffee Break Issue: My contract explicitly included a rich coffee break, yet on both the first and second days of the event, this was not provided. As a result of this negligence, my client deducted 5,000 JOD from the final invoice, directly impacting my business. Lack of Response to Official Email: An official email was sent by Jordan Nights Events for Conferences and Events regarding the coffee break issue. Unfortunately, there was no response from your team, showing a lack of professionalism and disregard for client concerns. Lack of Conference Support & Unfulfilled Agreements: There was no proper follow-up or support from the hotel team throughout the conference. Additionally, Sales Manager, had initially agreed to a specific arrangement, which was unexpectedly canceled just four days before the event. This put me in an extremely difficult position with key stakeholders. personally assured me that everything would be handled smoothly, but unfortunately, these promises turned out to be false. Due to these failures, I will be assigning my company’s legal representative to follow up with you regarding the contract terms, financial loss, and damage to my client relationship. Legal action will be taken as necessary to address the consequences of this negligence. I expect an immediate response and a formal resolution to this matter.
