Gloria Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, with staff attending to all of our needs promptly and always with a smile. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk to the mall and supermarket, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and convenience!

We were at Gloria Hotel two weeks in August 2024 and honestly we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that this hotel provides. Out of 87 hotels I've been to around the world (several 5-stars hotels did not reach the same level of service), this is my favorite hotel and the best staff I've ever met. We enjoyed everything at the hotel. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The staff were always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. The rooms were carefully cleaned every day by Abdou El Majeed, who always was available when we needed something. I have been in so many different hotels around the world, but never have I experienced better service than the one we got from Abdou El Majeed. Two of the best malls in Amman were only around 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel is listed as being 3 stars, but the quality, cleanliness, breakfast, technique, construction are more like 5 stars. very cozy hotel , comfortable and ofc the location is great , the staff is very friendly we took triple room it was 60 jd that a good price , the breakfast great for value , everything was fine the room was clean and the hotel is new
