Gerasa Hotel

衞生差，床上都是頭髮，服務差，前台電話很久才有人接或者沒人接，要個東西要分批等四十分鐘左右，開始的房間很小，跟訂時差距大，後來攜程努力溝通了換了一個大點的房間，衞生間還算乾淨，不講究的可以選擇，價格擺在這。

Great hotel in general, incredibly friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing with all sorts of selections.

The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, the room service came in to clean our rooms everyday and even asked us what time worked best for them to come and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were consistently excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, they were always willing whenever needed. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The service at this hotel is worth the stay !! Staff are smooth friendly and cooperative. Ladies working there are really amazing adorable, helpful, professional and friendly . They make you feel like you are in a 5 stars hotel specially Shahed and Nazik. Mahmoud an Egyptian cleaner is one of the best I ever met .very very very clean . He really deserves a reward. The rooms are spacious with good quality of furniture .The breakfast buffet is delicious, with variety of options! The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. I stayed for 10 days and now prolonging my stay just becaue of the service Best of Luck!

Gerasa Hotel is an amazing place. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excelkent, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel is right next to a great variety c of cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and street food. I would like to specifically thank Ms Nazek, as she was amazing so helpful. Egyptair lost our bags from Cairo to Amman and if it was not for the staff at the Gerasa hotel especially Ms Nazek who went out her way to help after multiple failed attempts and trips to the airport to get our bags, we would have had a much less enjoyable stay. Ms Nazek went above and beyond her duty, as not only did she speak to the airport on our behalf, but also contacted Egyptair to get a solution. My bag was located and found and I had it back in 48 hours, my friends a day later whereby he picked it up at the airport. I cannot thank the staff enough at Gerasa hotel. One if the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff all very helpful and knowledgeable, with exceotional hospitality. Thank you for everything thst you did for us. Andy.
