Nice to stay..cool n easy to access from hotel to everywhere..nice view.. got tasik..

Good for family & nice place

The room was okay. But the balcony was not clean. No iron provided

If you are lucky to get a room facing the lake, the view is not too bad. However, if your room faces the highway, it will be extremely noisy. The location is about 15 min drive from bukit Bintang. Not a very convenient location and unless you are attending event near the hotel, I will not recommend staying here. M city is about 15 min walk if you want to get basic grocery like water. Breakfast very limited selection and slow service in the egg station. In general, the service is slow because it checking in, checking out or during breakfast.

Perkhidmatan hotel baik...staf baik & sopan serta membantu sbb sy dtg dgn pasangan OKU Fizikal. Ada swimming pool. Parking pun disediakan utk penginap hotel. Environment hotel ni cantik utk yg mencari ketenangan. Breakfast ada cuma X byk pilihan but ok for me. Harga hotel berbaloi utk Sy sbb dpt dgn harga yg lbh murah. Tq pihak hotel...☺️

overall view execellent room ok breakfast ok parking ok pool ok BUT toilet for swimming pool very poor not maintainence well and to find shop you need to walk about 400+m then u will see 7e

Washroom sewage blocked. Whole shower room is flooded .) Hot water is slow to heat up Mattress is spring type and wobbly 😖 not very comfortable. No coffeemate in the inroom coffee facilities No ice 🧊 available when requested

The hotel is pretty old. Was there for 2 nights because had to attend an event, if given a choice wouldn't stay here again. the sewage smell from the toilet is horrible and it seems like maintenance is lacking. there is no hairdryer in room, need to collect it at the receptionist. however there is ironing board and iron, and a mini fridge included. the housekeeping is good. the TV is old and only a few channels were available, thankfully the wifi is good. nevertheless, the receptionist was very kind and helpful.

serius my view so nice and the lake view is very beautiful on morning and night 😍 only the room like old school .. the plug also lacks only one available breakfast no many choice and unsatisfactory.. but sokey maybe we can repeat book another room

Stayed for 1 night on weekend include 2 breakfast below 2++. The hotel was surrounded by a serene ambiance. Room was small. Bathroom was smelly. Towel smells nice love it. Pool was ok. Balcony was dull. View from my room was calming. Tv channel was out of date. Got only 2 channel, should be upgraded. Lot of eateries nearby such as Naili's Place and Mohammad Chan Chinese cuisine. Breakfast not much choices.

The furnitures are too old and has smell, even some are broken. The toilet tiles are too old and not clean. The iron was terribly dirty. Tissue were not provided (basic). The room got one kind of unpleasant smell.This hotel is not a good choice for long stay. Only one car park place ,that too basement and from the car park you have only excess to stairs to the lobby.

So dispointed. I have early class and requesting 1 days early for take away breakfast at least simple one but get rejected because no take away box. The view was nice but the room so far away
