1) no power supply on the entire night & there's no power pack up as they said like dg got repaired for a while. 2) the rest room is not cleaned properly. 3) complementary breakfast is not good as they charge a huge amount for this but provide only aalu parota & curd with tea. 4) room walls have many cracks & there is no employee to assist you except the receptionist. 5) the hotel is not much for the money which we have paid. 6) i asked them about the food & room expenses they said like we only charge minimum rupees for direct booking you booked through make my trip app so you could ask them for the details. I would suggest you people take care of your customers by reviewing & rating these kinds of hotels as par below so pols look into this

Hotel is average, as bathroom cleaned condition is poor. No aminity at hotels. Bathroom lock is not working properly. Earlier informed at reception no wifi where as booking time information available that wifi is available. Staff response on food is average.
