I stayed at The Hosteller Amritsar, near the Golden Temple, for a short trip and had a delightful experience. The property is very clean, and the staff are warm and friendly. Our check-in was quite late at night, but Mr. Kulwant kindly stayed up to welcome us and made sure we were comfortably settled. The location is convenient, close to both the Golden Temple and nearby bus stops. Amanpreet Kaur and Manoj were very kind and accommodating. They helped us store our valuables so we could explore the city without worry. They also allowed us to use the common area after checkout to freshen up before heading to our next destination.

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Hosteller Amritsar! From the warm, friendly staff to the clean and cozy rooms, everything was perfect. The common areas are vibrant and well-maintained, offering a great space to meet fellow travelers. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the Golden Temple and other attractions. I particularly loved the relaxed atmosphere and the helpful staff who made sure my stay was comfortable. Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, this is definitely the place to stay in Amritsar. Highly recommended for a memorable stay

Excellent budget stay in a great location – just minutes away from the bus stand (from where I arrived) and a 20-minute walk to the Golden Temple. The common area and the café were great. I was allowed to check in early, and everyone was really nice. I also appreciated the ease and simplicity of ordering amenities and food online, which I haven’t seen in another hostel globally. The only drawback was the noise, since the single rooms were close to the reception, and all the chatter carried inside. The rooms are practical, for a budget stay, but well-equipped (tea, coffee, towels, toothbrush provided), no view per se, but overall, functional and comfortable.

Amazing Stay – Great Vibes and Clean Facilities! I had an awesome time staying at Hosteller! The place was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the common areas had a great social vibe. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help with local tips or just a good conversation. The location was perfect – close to public transport, cafes, and major sights. I especially loved the rooftop/common area where you can chill, work, or meet other travelers. The events they organized (movie nights, game nights, walking tours) made it easy to connect with others. If you’re looking for a comfortable, social, and safe place to stay, this hostel is a great choice. Definitely recommend it to solo travelers or backpackers!

I visited The Hosteller this morning to inquire about room availability as I was traveling for a business trip. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I asked about room availability, the receptionist responded in an unprofessional and abrupt manner, simply stating that the check-in time is 1400 hrs, without addressing my query. Upon further inquiry about the possibility of an early check-in, she chose not to respond at all. As someone associated with the hospitality industry, I found this behavior deeply disappointing. There is a certain standard of courtesy and responsiveness that is expected when dealing with guests, and this experience fell well below that standard. This was my first interaction with The Hosteller, and, regrettably, it is likely to be my last. Then I chose to opt for another property.
