We made booking through Agoda,check in date was 26th Jan 2025.We were coming back from Wagah Border parade.Upon reaching Amritsar city,google map was showing 2 km away.It was too congested location.I called the Hotel no provided in the voucher,the staff was so arrogant,he didn't guide the location and cut the call.He rudely told that "jaise ana ho aa jao".Anyhow we reached the location,on asking for parking ,he didn't provided satisfactory response.In the website,it was clearly mentioned that parking is available but no parking was there,I have attached images also where it can be seen that no parking is there. When we checked the rooms,it was inside a hidden lane,very horrible. I was with my wife and her sisters. Hotel was feeling very unsafe for them,esp the rude staff. I wasted money in this Hotel,I didn't stay there,they niether refunded my money nor appologised for the rude behaviour. I highly suggest not to book this Hotel if you are with family or females.Not recommended for Car owners also,because it is located in such a congested place,that no parking is available and till you reach the hotel,definitely your car will get scratches and dents.

"I recently had the misfortune of staying at [hotel Infa] in [Amiritsar], and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene, making my stay uncomfortable and stressful. The room was smelling like it was not opened for ages. Restaurant area is horrible no hygiene at all.. Hotel entry is like you are entering into slum area.

It was a hygienic and good place to stay at amritsar. Staff was very helpful and polite in nature. Golden temple is 1.5 km distances from hotel but autos were easily available. Also we booked further journey from this hotel manager. Thankyou

Hotel is at walking distance to the Golden temple. Good for family. Rooms were clean and tidy. And staff was also cooperative and friendly. Hotel has nice ambience and facilities. All the main attractions were at walking distance. Overall it's a excellent stay.

Great experience rooms are good and hygiene..!! ❤️😊😊😊😊 Staff is very good and helpful and plus point is hotel near from golden temple..!! I will give 5 star for supportive staff and I really like that when they upgrade my room from deluxe to super deluxe without any charges Respect for you guys you are serving good services...!!

Friendly well located hotel Very pleasant stay for 4 of us after visiting cricket in Dharamasala. Don’t be put off by outside of hotel in busy side streets of central city. Rooms are clean and well presented. Great location short walk from the amazing Golden Temple- go both in day and evening. Manager/owner v helpful and got us good deals on further hotels in Jaipur and Dehli at Indian prices. Nice rooftop bar restaurant. Bit slow service there but one must adjust ones internal clock in India. Nice place.

The best hotel in town. Rooftop restaurant is really beautiful. Rooms and services are good. Quality of food and behaviour of staff is really nice. I would definitely suggest this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Visited Hotel Infa this October'23 with family but my experience to the hotel was terrible. Hotel management are not showing actual photos. In reality hotel is located inside very narrow cozy lane feeling like entering sum slum lane in Dharawi slum. Surrounding area is also very bad and full of garbage around. They are claiming it is 3 start hotel but I found it as a better version of lodge not more than that. I stayed there for 2 days with family consisting of 2-3 small kids but unfortunately out of 365 days only during my stay their water heater system was down and we were forced to take bath with cold water and same with kids. Despite regular requested they didn’t fixed the issue. On the second day when we returned to hotel @ 5 pm I was shocked to see the condition of our room. No Housekeeping was done. Entire room was dirty no sanitary consumables were replaced upon asking about this they were least bother and were saying we have got time till 6 pm to do the housekeeping. I was shocked to hear this from hotel management. Not recommended this property at all. Think twice before booking this hotel else ur leisure trip will end up with nightmare.

Every single team member at this hote goes above and beyond to make a guest smile. Every interaction with the staff revealed sincerity,humility, warmth and affinit. We stay there 3 night. Good thing is nearest to golden temple and local market. This hotel stay still very comfortable such great embience.
