What started as a hesitant walk-in turned into one of the finest dining experiences, all thanks to Chef Mahendra at K&K restaurant. My guest wasn’t initially interested—but Chef Mahendra personally came to us, spoke about the legacy of K&K, and how it revives royal Indian flavors with unmatched authenticity. His passion, knowledge, and warmth were inspiring—we decided to stay. And what a decision that was. We ordered the legendary Dal Bukhara, which was slow-cooked overnight and had a creamy, smoky richness that stayed with us long after. The Galouti Kebabs melted in the mouth. The Murgh Angaar had the perfect blend of spice and tenderness, while the warqi paratha was flaky, buttery perfection. Every bite was a masterclass in Indian cuisine. But the true highlight was Chef Mahendra’s hospitality. He made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. His personal attention elevated the experience from great to unforgettable. The food, the story, the soul behind it—it all came together beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more than just a meal—K&K is an experience. And Chef Mahendra is the reason why.
