Fantastic stay with this luxury hotel. We like our stay,breakfast buffet served with variety food, front office & house keeping staff is very much professional. Nicely maintained lobby area.pool side area having a beautiful view of the city...I like this hotel very much

Loved to stay here,very nice hotel with all basic amenities,entire staff is professional and polite, food is good, reception staff is very helpfull special thanks to front desk manager for guide us about the city ..visiting again soon...

So I booked this hotel considering the swimming pool facility being included to cut down this summer’s heat. The fern is a brand plus the swimming pool was the only reason for me booking this hotel. After checking in the Front office manager Ms Sapna told me that the pool operational timings are only 7 AM to 1 PM, which sounded quite weird as to why it is not operational in the evening . After questioning further she informed that there is a private pool party in the evening. Now I could see it myself that till 8:15PM there was no party is being conducted pool side as you can see in uploaded picture which was capture 8:15PM and i ask for the pool at 5:30PM. I questioned further and was told that the owner has booked the pool for the evening. Now, if that is so then why was not same informed on the booking websites about the same before booking the same. The charges are same however the all the facilities are not offered as promised. A complete fraud and unprofessional attitude. Is this feasible and professional as per you? Is this how you normally conduct business?
