Adequate stay. Modern hotel and comfortable stay. Food is excellent. Could do more to keep the rooms clean. Ours was very dusty and had to ask for a proper clean upon check in. It wouldn’t put me off staying here again though. All in all, a decent stay.

Good facilities. Not all staffs speak English well. However, the service was good - not excellent. Rooms were of good size

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff performance. The manager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.
